Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and bright with modern appliances and furniture. There are restaurants and groceries in a five to ten minute walk. The main shopping area is also easy walking distance. Our communication with property management was A. They answered all questions promptly.

This was a pre-cruise stay. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stock with dishes, common cooking needs. Parking on the street requires payment if park from 10 am to 7pm. and payment can be made via an app. The only problem I encountered was the fact the checkout time is 10am. but cruise check-in us not till 12pm.

A very nice apartment. Could use more towels (two of us have long hair and one towel was not enough). A fan to move the air would have made the place perfect. There should be a better process for an early check-in Arrangement. I would stay here again.

The apartment layout is such that one BR is HUGE and the other VERY SMALL. Small BR kept luggage in the bathroom because it is large. Could have used luggage racks. No washcloths! Just body wash and ... your hand? Tile floor is dangerously slippery when wet. No instruction for floor heat.

Nice, clean apartment.

We had some difficulty checking in because the door lock needed battery replacement but the owner representative quickly had maintenance replace it. The apartment was clean and as represented in the photos. Links to property guide did not work however.

Week in Reykjavík

Our family of 5, including 3 teenage boys, stayed during March. The property was large enough for us to comfortably use as our home base. It is located very close to Bus Stop 12, which is convenient for those embarking on tours. The property is also only a 10 minute walk to central Reykjavík, which was great. Definitely a quality choice for your stay in Iceland.

Great location, much more comfortable than a hotel for falilies

We found everything about our stay easy. The apartment was clean and as expected. They did change up unit numbers on us and other than some confusion about main door code all was good. They were very responsive when we had questions, just taking a few minutes to respond each time. Having a washer/dryer was fabulous. You will not be disappointed staying at the SIF apartments.

Great family apartment

Perfect apartment for our family of 5. Parking in garage was easy, and easy access/elevators made transporting our luggage convenient. Apartment had everything we needed and was a short walk to Hallgrimskirkja and Rainbow Road. Having two bathrooms was a plus with 3 girls. Very happy with our accommodations!

Nice apartment centrally located in Reykjavík

Easily accessible from airport, centrally located to all shopping and all things we wanted to do in Reykjavík. Very clean and comfortable. We came from Bay Area California and it was all we needed for the 2 days we stayed there until we moved to the house we stayed at in the Golden Circle. More setup for 1 or 2 couples and kids we were 3 couples and it was a little more tight for sleeping arrangements not an issue just something to be aware of. Otherwise would stay again especially if just my wife and I especially at the building. The patio was nice and the whole place was very modern it felt like my old apartment my wife and I had a couple years ago. Definitely recommend!!!

Great place!

I really enjoyed staying here. Having two bathrooms and a washer and drying was nice after the ring road. The balcony was an added bonus that I didn’t think I would use. My only issue is the parking. The garage below the place was nice but quite expensive. Street parking was an option but it was hard to find empty places. Overall I highly recommend!

Short Stay pre Cruise

We had a couple of days before our cruise started to explore Reykjavík. This VRBO was in a wonderful location, close to bus stops, and we loved the extra space having an apartment gave us. The host was excellent about responding to our questions, however, I felt some items should have been provided without us having to ask. Overall, the stay was very nice, and I would recommend the SIF apartments and would stay there again without hesitation.

Stylish Apartment centrally located

We only spent one night but enjoyed our time here. The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet neighborhood and it's very spacious. The only thing we would recommended would be to have cups for the coffee and sugar.

Iceland stay

Loved the stay, apartment was very clean and close to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, was able to find street parking every night. Host quickly responded to all my questions.
