Very nice apartment/condo. We loved the location as it was in the heart of Reykjavik. Very easy to find food and shopping. Everything is within walking distance from the marina to the bus station. Laundry not in the apartment, but just around the corner and very easy to use. There is a bar on the street level that has a nightly band 8-11 pm but the owners provide ear plugs. Easy to sleep after about 1130 pm during the week. Weekends, we found good sleep from about 1130-3ish am then other places most close, so street noise increases. Amenities are very nice. I would stay again should I return to this area.

There was a living room, dining room, and small kitchen. Plus, there were three full bedrooms. It was very nice, clean, beautiful apartment. I appreciated that the property manager provided earplugs as it was a bit noisy with the upstairs upstairs and the outside nightlife. Thank

Great apartment

Loved the space and layout. Had some problems with codes checking in but was resolved fairly quickly. However I tried to communicate through email and through Vrbo about checkout with no response. Also could use a toilet paper holder in the en suite bathroom. Other than that, the space is great and loved the balcony. Fairly close to a bus stop but a little far away from restaurants and bars.

Great location !! furniture & fixtures are outdated. Bar downstairs can be annoying at times with loud music till almost midnight on weeknights. Also, bringing car on the street even to unload & load luggage is not allowed. Otherwise, location & access to restaurants, groceries, shopping was really great. Paid parking was somewhat expensive but pretty close.

Noisy, noisy, noisy

The apartment was very nice but it is located right above a bar that has live, loud music every night. People party, yell, scream and music booms until at least 4am when the street sweepers come out to continue the noise. This is way more than “vibrant” nightlife. Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. We would have appreciated some honesty on this before booking.

Nice area, but photos are not accurate.

Apartment was nice and met our needs. The photos did not match those in the listing, the kitchen and social areas were not similar. We still made the most of our stay and enjoyed the location. Great location to walking to many restaurants and sites. Very good stay.
