Great location, convenient the quick coffee and snacks. Breakfast buffet was very good. Place was clean amd comfortable

Everything was walking distance and the bar and restaurant staff and food were perfect

Great location in middle of town and convenient for bus stop. We had a room on the main street side (Hverfisgata) and it was a little loud at night. Our room was small but very nice and the lobby areas are great. If you want to spend a lot of time in your room maybe not the best choice.

Love EVERYTHING about this property! Will absolutely stay here again!

The staff were the most accommodating during our stay. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar while we were there as well. The only thing I would change is parking accommodations for those that rent cars. Over all it was a great place to stay.

Liked the style and decorating w metal, with a soft look. Bed was great.

Property is close to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites and bus stops. Staff at the hotel is attentive and very nice. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice roof top terrace for viewing. They had tastings in the evening of Icelandic cuisine which was a nice way to sample different local foods and drinks. Only a few cons during our stay, one was the person above us being obnoxiously loud with their walking and though it was winter time the rooms seemed to be warmer than normal. But we opened the windows, turned off the heat completely and the front desk provided a fan so that made the temperature much better. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future and recommend you do the same.

Loved the room, especially the heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast every morning was delicious!

Property was okay but DO NOT stay here on a Fri or Sat evening. The music from the adjacent nightclubs is unbearably loud, shaking the walls and window to our room and lasting well past 4AM. When submitting the complaint to Hilton they said there is nothing they can do because we booked through Orbitz.

Boutique feel, central location, yet quiet to avoid most street noise

It was beautifully decorated, centrally locater and very clean!!

For some reason our door to our room would not close properly behind us. We returned on two separate occasions to find our door ajar after cleaning service had left. Nothing was taken but the panic that set in each time I could have done without that on my vacation. Otherwise this hotel was in the perfect location to where all the tour buses picked up passengers and around the corner from a shopping area.bAlso we rented a car and there's a parking garage right next door for a dollar an hour, amazing. Breakfast was always good. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Clean rooms and hotel, Scandinavian design, great water pressure, good selection on breakfast buffet, central location

Great locale. Clean. Nice amenities. Always have to pay for coffee in lobby tho
