We had a suite which was huge. Nice clean hotel, nothing fancy but we didn't need fancy this trip. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable and could use replacing.
The staff were efficient and friendly and the included Breakfast was both plentiful and of a Good quality. I would definitely recommend this establishment to family and friends.
The first thing I noticed about the hotel was walking down the hallways there was an odd smell and in the room itself was the same odd odor. In the bathroom there was hair in the sink and in the bedroom between the beds on the floor were metal bobby pins which hurt when I stepped on them. The room was very cold and I had to ask for an additional blanket as the heater took a long time to warm up,the room. Do not bother with the free breakfast if you do stay there, the waffles are tasteless and when you do finally get them warmed up they are hard. The eggs are rubbery as you have to reward them in the microwave. Better off just to skip it and go elsewhere to eat. The one nice thing about this experience was the woman at the front desk upon check in. However when checking out I had to wait until the morning receptionist was finished with whatever she was doing on her cell phone to check me out.
Good location near Hwy, very good breakfast, many restaurants in area. Beautiful crisp morning to enjoy local nature.
It was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we only stayed one night passing through from Calgary to Vancouver. Good steak house right next door. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, buns, toast. Fresh fruit, yogurt, Hard boiled eggs. Waffles. Juice and coffee.
We stayed in a two queen bedroom suite on the second floor. It was very dated and in need of repair. Stains on walls, ripped wallpaper, and older furniture. The bathroom was filthy. The light switch and door handles were dirty, tub was rusted and shower curtain ripped with holes. The towels were so hard and rough it was like using a scrub brush to dry yourself. Lightbulbs in bedroom were burnt out. We paid $200 for one night stay. This was the worst hotel of our trip and would not recommend this to anyone.
The room was clean and spacious, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Trains go by but we didn't really find they disturbed us. No accessible rooms with walk in showers for those who need them so we would not likely stay for a longer time but it worked well as we passed through the area. They allow pets in certain rooms so you might want to ask.
Poor quality for price (carpet worn, windows not locked, shower curtain rod falling off, uneven floors were a tripping hazard). Smoking too close to front door, poor breakfast selection.
Our room was right beside the designated smoking zone so it sounded like people were talking in our room. Ok otherwise
We deal with the Days Inn quite regularly for business, Jessica has always been amazing to work with. She is always helpful and pleasant and goes above and beyond for her guests. Nothing beats knowing that if you run into a problem there will be someone on the other end of the phone who is helpful and willing to assist, can't say enough good things about her.
