Picturesquely perched on the banks of the canal, this 3BR, 2 1/2 BA home is perfectly located. Walk or bike into town to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, fine restaurants, casual eateries and quaint shops of Rehoboth. The location is incredible! Take a short walk to the water taxi which will take you to Historic Lewes. . . . or hop on the nearby trail and bike to to Lewes, (the first town in the first state!) This 3-story townhouse offers a first floor bedroom and bath, decks, CAC, W/D, outdoor shower and off-street parking for 2-3 mid-sized cars, + 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit. NO smoking please. Minimum $300 non-refundable pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. (Sorry, no cats.) Guests pay a $170.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). This ended up being a perfect spot for convenience, accessibility to shops and restaurants and for ease of travel for access to Route 1. The townhouse was well maintained and decorated, perfect for the group we had assembled. We were impressed by the amenities and overall representation of the listing. Perfect space for our family. Easy to walk downtown. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook from pans to spatulas. Dishes and glassware as well. #1 reason we rent a home is kitchen and getting to spend time with family.

This is a nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Easy to bike into town, about a mile from the actual beach. It came with a parking permit, which made a big difference. Nice place for a smaller family or group. Clean, well appointed.

Great Location
This property is about a mile and a half from the beach and boardwalk. You have a variety of great food places you can walk to or drive to. Egg is at the end of the road and a top notch choice for breakfast. You could walk to the beach if you wanted but it’s only a few minute drive to park closer. Plus you get to use a parking pass for one car so you don’t have to pay to park. You can essentially walk all the way to the beach or boardwalk on a side walk. It was easy to check in with BHHS and check out. The place itself was fairly clean, cozy, and welcoming. You can park two smaller cars in the drive way with some finesse. There is another spot around the front of the property and you can use the parking pass to park on Canal street. The kitchen had just about anything you would need to assist with cooking. The three main beds were all queen sized. There is a pull out couch that could sleep 2 people. It was nice that there is a bathroom on each of the three levels of the property. Only two of the bathrooms have showers. They have a rental service for towels and sheets but if you choose not to use it, you do need to make sure you bring your own towels and sheets. We brought our two month old with us and we chose to stay in the bedroom on the bottom level so we didn’t disrupt our friends staying with us. We were able to fit her bassinet pack and play easily in the room and the curtains helped keep it dark in the morning. Our friend sleeping on the second floor on the pull out couch barely heard the baby. Overall it was a great stay in a great location.
