LINENS: Bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads + pillows are provided. Beds are: one (1) king, two (2) queens, and two (2) fulls (futons). We want our guests to have flexibility and not be forced into a linen package that may not be wanted. Options are: 1) Bring Your Own; 2) Use Ours + Wash/Dry; 3) Rent Linens.
1) Bring your own sheets/pillowcases.
2) We provide sheets/pillowcases for each bed. The only requirement is that you must wash, dry, and return the sheets to their original location before you checkout! This works well for some; others do not want to do laundry on the morning of checkout.
3) There are services that rent linens + towels (drop-off/pick-up) including: Sheets at the Beach, Delaware Linen Rentals, Gale Force Rentals, Coastal Beach Services (offers bed making), and Shore Easy Rentals (offers bed making).

TOWELS: We leave a stack of bath towels (enough for each guest), which must be laundered if you use.

The house was sparkling clean in a quiet residential neighborhood. While it’s a mile to the beach, it’s a pleasant walk. We enjoyed the backyard and pool ambiance but it was too cool to get in! Beds were comfy. The kitchen was fairly well equipped.

We had a wonderful week at the property. The pool was an added plus and so close to a great playground. We all loved the screened in porch. House was fully equipped and host was so attentive to any questions we had. Our only wish was an outdoor shower but everything else perfect!

Quiet house convenient to everything

We were so pleased with the location of this property - easy on and off the highway, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic or noise. The walking path to the beach was a bit far for my older mother, but our teens easily walked to the beach and boardwalk daily. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making packing so much easier than I anticipated. We had loads of space, and while we didn’t spend much time at home because of the beautiful weather I appreciated plenty of games and activities available. The neighbors were friendly and the entire neighborhood was safely walkable and bikeable. I practically lived on the sun porch reading all week - we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Quick Memorial Day get away

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this rental. Location is fantastic. 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and several restaurants and shops. Safe, friendly neighborhood, and very quiet backyard. The pool was too cold for us (May), but we soaked our feet and thoroughly enjoyed being outside. This house is great with amenities, and fully stocked kitchen. USB Charging ports are everywhere which made staying in touch easy. Furniture is nice and sun room is wonderful - very relaxing. Rebecca was very quick with responses and with information. The absolute best part is being dog friendly - Boulder thoroughly enjoyed his stay and loved the porch as much as we did. Only down side was the linens - needing to wash/dry them before we left - but that was communicated and we knew that before we chose that option. Fantastic stay and will definitely stay again if given the chance. Thank you

Birthday getaway

Wow! What an amazing vacation find for us and our pups! This property has all you need to enjoy your stay! The location is perfect and super close to dining/shopping, the beach, and walking trails (that is, If you can bring yourself to leave). We had fun just swimming in the pool, relaxing on the sun porch, listening to the backyard birds, and having game nights with the variety of board games that were available at the house. We’ll definitely be looking to book this property for our next vacation to the area!

Great trip!

We had the most wonderful time at this vacation home. We felt like we were in our own private and secluded neighborhood, but were walking/biking distance to everything we needed! We felt safe having kids play out front and ride bikes. We brought bikes for the kids to ride to the beach each day and it was so fun for them (and easy for us)! The pool was a great added bonus for mornings and evenings before and after the beach. Many of us walked and biked in to town most days, but it was nice to have the parking pass when needed. The house is VERY clean and exactly as posted. The comfort of the porch was an unexpected bonus. We spent very little time inside, because of the porch! We highly recommend this home for families looking for the excitement of Rehoboth/Dewey, but wanting the comforts of home. During summer hours the school in the neighborhood was full of kids playing and our kiddos had a blast there, too! A great trip for all!

A little Paradise

Great little home, with the pool being the most fabulous of everything.We all had a great time, very hot, but the pool was so refreshing. We did not leave the house much with the little ones, so we played games, hung out by the pool and cooked. Mosquitoes were no joke, which forced us inside in the evening, and the back porch was not air-conditioned, but all in all we had a wonderful time!

Fun Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. House had everything we needed (kitchen, bedding, etc). Great game room in the basement in case of a rainy day. Easy bike ride to the beach over Turtle Bridge. If you like pickleball you cannot beat the location. Finally, excellent backyard. Unfortunately, little too cool for using the pool.

We had a fantastic family vacation and also brought our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short distance to the beach and restaurants etc. Pool and screened in porch were perfect. Charming beach home!

This property was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room and amenities. We particularly loved the sun room and backyard, even though the weather was a bit cold we still got use of the pool too. We will definitely be back.

Nice Quick Spring Break Getaway

This is a great property for a family - especially if you have a dog that you don't want to leave at home. It's roomy and could easily accommodate a big group. You are about 3/4 mile walk from the beach and close to Route 1. We stayed off-season, so we were not able to use the pool, but I imagine during season it is a really nice amenity to have.

This is a great location in a quieter neighborhood thats a convenient short drive to both Rehobeth and Dewey attractions. It was a perfect getaway and a great option for families traveling with pets!
