Welcome to 308 State Rd, downtown Rehoboth Beach in the Country Club Estates.
OVERVIEW: Pet-friendly, spacious, comfortable beach house offers three primary bedrooms with ensuites and sleeps eight comfortably. A lovely three-season room with AC and comfy furnishings, expanded dining options, games, books, stereo and high chair is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The rear patio offers a sitting area, gas grill, and strung lights, a lovely place for evening cocktails. Combining work and play? All three bedrooms are comfortably equipped with desks suitable for remote work.
LOCATION: Awesome location! Only one block to Rehoboth Ave and approximately five blocks to the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. Just park and walk everywhere.
PARKING: Private driveway for approximately three cars.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, gas grill, Wi-Fi, private parking, recent renovations, 1st level primary bedroom, and lovely outdoor space.
THINGS TO KNOW: This is a dog-friendly home (one) with a non-refundable pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. No smoking on the porches or inside the home. 2022 Renovation: new dishwasher, larger bedroom on the 2nd level with new ensuite, and painting. The house now offers three primary bedrooms with ensuites
