During the high season, Dewey Beach comes alive — and that includes live music from the Rusty Rudder, which you can enjoy right from your private balcony. It’s part of the charm here!

While the primary bedroom is well soundproofed and I provide both a white noise machine and ear plugs, guests who are particularly light sleepers or prefer to turn in before 1am may still hear a bit of music on lively nights.

That said, I'm likely making it sound louder than it really is — I sleep in silence and have had zero guest complaints, but I believe in being upfront so there are no surprises. My goal is always to over-deliver on your expectations.

Perfect views, very clean space!

We loved our stay! The host was really helpful and available for questions and suggestions. The condo was so so clean. The beds were really comfortable. I spent most of my time enjoying all of the views from our balcony, even the people-watching. It was so easy to visit the beach, the bay, and the pool all in one day. The night life is loud with such a prime location, but my AirPods took care of that problem. The music always ended right on schedule. We would love to visit again!

This is our third year vacationing in Dewey but this was our best stay. Jason was easy to get in touch with and prompt with responding to questions. He was in town at the town of our arrival and came to meet us at the condo. He showed us to our unit and was friendly and helpful. The unit was extremely clean, which is the most important thing for us. It was also fully stocked with things we were able to use, which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely book his condo every year now!

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortably decorated condo. Communication before and throughout was fantastic. We know the area well but they had great recommendations on food and things to do. Overall - top notch furnishings throughout Bedroom - very comfy bed Living - open floorplan; awesome couch; + very cool bar style dining table overlooking the living area. Fabulous retreat, EVERYthing 4 terrific summer or ANYtime get away….

Residences @ Lighthouse Cove, is a special place to escape. Securing this penthouse made for an over the top stay. It’s location is perfect; neither too close or far from all the amenities or parking to elevator! The LHC amenities are unparalleled! Most of all the entire family is welcome, be them two footed or four 🐾 pawed! Of our many Lighthouse stays, this unit was immaculate, fully stocked (bikes, beach chairs, sheets, towels, kitchen & cooking wares), beautifully appointed & comfortably furnished from the inviting sectional to therapeutic mattress! All this & a readily available host! Jason was terrific, helpful, & accommodating. We have found THE Lighthouse Cove residence we hope & plan to return to time & again!

Beach fun!

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean and beautifully furnished. It is located on the bayside but just a quick walk to the oceanside. We easily walked to lots of restaurants and had a perfect view of Rehoboth Beach's fireworks from our balcony! The restaurant and bar across the street was very busy and they played live music until 1 am. The owner told us about this at check-in and provided a white noise machine to help with this. It was a holiday weekend so the noise was pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. Having said that, we would definately stay here again! The pool was fantastic and has a great view of the bay. The owner met us for an early check-in and made sure we knew how to access all the amenities. He provided an extensive list of local information that was very helpful. We had the best of everything in this rental and look forward to staying again!

My friend and three teens stayed here for two nights. It was perfection. The location was great, the pool was lovely, the living space was beautiful. Loved the walkable environment and the Lighthouse had delicious food options. We grilled one night and loved that too. Our host kindly talked us into the place. Easy peasy. Such a nice relaxing time. 💯
