Pleasant residence with swimming pool, quiet, mature garden, the 2 PARADIS TURQUOISE studios, entirely new, air-conditioned, comfortable and on the ground floor, with covered terraces.
Studio with equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), bathroom with walk-in shower, satellite TV, wifi internet.
Ideal for a pleasant holiday, can accommodate up to 3 people.
1 double bed 140x200 with mosquito net + 1 single bed 80x190 for children.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Ideal location 7 minutes walk from the beach of l'anse à l'âne, shops (Carrefour Market, bakery, greengrocer, tobacconists, souvenir shops…), beach restaurants, a nautical base (jet ski, towed buoy, kayak, paddle…), diving clubs, sea shuttle to Fort de France.

L'endroit était tranquille et entouré de fleurs et d'oiseaux. La marche vers la plaque était en pente mais quand même agréable.

Hôte très gentil et accueillant. Petit studio bien situé. Une vue splendide sur les fleurs et la piscine. Endroit tranquille. Pas très loin de la plage (environ 8 minutes à pieds). Noter qu'il y a une bonne còte à monter au retour. L'équipement est à rafraìchir. Aucun couvercle pour les poeles et les casseroles, vaisselle dépareillée, et pas très invitante. Egouttoir à vaissette et nappe en plastique pour l'extérieur, pas très nets.L'essentiel est, là mais aucun extra. Le mini séchoir à cheveux ne dispose pas d'un système permettant de contrôler la température et dans la douche, rien n'est prévu pour poser une savonnette ou accrocher les serviettes de toilettes. La literie est jolie et le lit très confortable. Le réfrigérateur est d'une bonne dimension, ainsi que la cuisinièreé, mais il manque cruellement d'espace pour préparer les repas. L'endroit n'est pas suggéré pour un long séjour. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un bon séjour (15 jours) chez Jérome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'il nous propose de laver le linge de maison car nous n'avions vraiment pas envie de perdre notre temps à la buanderie. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander ce petit studio et y retournerais volontiers si j'en ai l'occasion. Merci Jérome!

Une semaine AU TOP en Martinique

Superbe expérience ! Nous avons été accueilli comme jamais par Ilhame et Jérôme. A notre arrivée une corbeille de fruit locaux nous était destinée. Mais ce n'est pas tout ! Une bouteille de rhum de l'île et tout le nécessaire pour se faire un Ti punch et célébrer le début de nos vacances nous étaient également offert. Des attentions que nous avons fortement apprécié ! Encore merci pour ce cocktail de bienvenue ! Nos hôtes ont toujours été disponibles que ce soit avant ou pendant nos vacances. Ils ont su nous donner pleins de bons conseils sur les choses à voir, les restaurants à privilégier ... et Ilhame a même joué les guides une journée pour nous faire découvrir le nord ! Je vous recommande ses services pour cela (tarif très abordable) . Le cadre est super, on est au calme et près de tout !
