Our room faced the street which had a restaurant below. It stayed open until 2am on a Tuesday night with several people loudly partying. We recommend informing about the street noise and hours of the businesses below in the room listing. It also did not have an air conditioner. When we asked about AC we were told it was only in superior rooms which was not listed on the room choices.

Verysteep stairs

Very steep stairs to room on 3rd floor. Website mentions on 2 nd or 3 rd page, that there is no elevator, but info needs to be out in front. Absolutely unusable for people with disabilities or other health problems. Room was nice and roomy, but there was additional information that was plainly incorrect ( the phone claim is important for guests from non EU countries whose plans don’ t work in Germany). The website says phone (one would think provided in every room) no there is one telephone in one room only, or at the reception. There is no terrace, the bar attached to hotel has about 10 tables at street level, absolutely no private place for hotel guests. The hotelalso claims free mini bar, the fridge contained 4 small bottle of mineral water, no mini bar ( water and mini bar are seperate items on the website). And there is a noise problem for the rooms facing the street. Altogether, this is really a Pension, and hereby overpriced. The management needs to be honest about their service what they can and cannot deliver. I would not recommend this place because they misrepresented the facility

An Absolute Gem in Regensberg

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting our son who is studying in Regensberg and we absolutely loved the hotel. The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the bar/restaurant was superb with a great wine list and delicious food. We couldn't fault anything about it and we will definitely be back.

We loved the uniqueness of the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. Since the building is very old, there is no elevator but Jurgen took our luggage upstairs. The location is brilliant and the breakfast at Chin-Chin was delicious. Definitely would stay there again and would recommend to anybody to stay at Bohemian Hotel.

The hotel feels like a bed and breakfast, which was really nice. Pros: *Staff was great...we were early, so they stored our bags and took them up to our room *Room was very large and comfortable *Great location *Very reasonably priced Cons: *There's no elevator so moving your bags can be tricky *The parking garage is a few blocks away (but they do pay for parking) *There isn't a lot of room to pull up to the hotel for check-in and you have to navigate a busy street with walkers *It can be a little noisy until late as there are a number of outside tables for the bar under some of the rooms
