This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Avia Hotel. It is a lovely family owned hotel that offers a fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly. It is very clean and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the town and all it's attractions.

Great location and breakfast

We recommend this hotel for your stay in Regensburg. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Location of the hotel is great! Only few minutes from the highway and in a walking distance from the historical city centre (approx. 15 minutes). Breakfast was delicious and rich! Restaurant in the hotel also serves dinners. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel Avia offers free parking.

Close to many amenities

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was amazing and the room very comfortable. Only negative was no air con while it was so hot.

Friendly staff and great service. The hotel is a bit outside of the historic district (15 minute walk or bus ride, daily pass 5€ for two adults). But that is the only complaint. This hotel has an amazing staff and a customer friendly ethos. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection. Beds comfy, shower strong and plenty of hot water. Quiet and if you’re driving there is convenient parking. If we return to Regensburg we plan to stay again.

Wonderful stay

This was definitely an older hotel but kept up very nicely and clean. the staff made certain there was everything you could need. Breakfast was amazing and service spectacular. I would recommend it especially if you are driving because parking is free and it wasn't far from the old town which was well worth seeing but would have been hard to stay in for lack of parking.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a good location. On arrival we were not expecting much as the hotel is located on a main road opposite a petrol station. However inside the hotel is very smart and modern. The room was very modern and spotless. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and ther is free parking. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the old town. The hotel has its own restaurant which looked very nice although we decided to eat in the old town. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
