The spacious apartment is the entire first floor of a newly renovated 3 story building. It is close to Regensburg, the city center, parks, great views. The place is about 85 sq. meters and is fully equipped to guarantee a complete experience.
It consists of two bedrooms, a combined spacious kitchen/living room,a bathroom with shower cabin and a bath tub.
You’ll love it because of the outdoor space, the neighborhood and the comfy beds. Great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families.

Overview with regards to our activity holiday

The flat was ideal - it offered the two separate bedrooms, a good bathroom and a kitchen, diner / lounge. Our activity means we need space for equipment, privacy and rest. The kitchen allowed us great flexibility. We will do this again on the future. There is one negative the parking area which is above the flat, this is not ideal when carrying heavy and expensive equipment up an down slippery wet stairs

1/2 Stunde mit dem Bus nach Regensburg

die Anbindung an Regensburg ist wirklich gut. Am Wochenende fährt der Bus Stündlich und die Therme um die Ecke ist auch fein. Auf die Dauer ist es unpraktisch das der W-Lan Zugang nicht weitergereicht wurde und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas zurückhaltend aber insgesamt kann man das schon mal machen.

gute Lage

Hier ist alles in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Theme. Was eine Herausforderung darstellt sind die steile Treppe und das es kein W-Lan gibt, bzw. Das man das vorhandene W-Lan nicht mitbenutzen kann.

Ferienwohnung mit Aufstieg

Das Haus steht am Hang und 27 Treppen aufwärts und abwärts. Wir, 2 Frauen, mussten Fremde ansprechen, uns die Koffer hoch und bei der Anreise im Regen runter zu tragen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder am Haus unterzubringen. Die Küche war spartanisch eingerichtet: es gab noch nicht mal einen Flaschenöffner. Betten und Wohnzimmer waren okay. Fazit: Nur eine Wohnung für junge Leute.

Senioren aufgepasst!

Für Senioren durchaus ungeeignet. 28 Stufen hochklettern. Parkplatz sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Küchenausstattung minimal. Fernseher: keine deutschen Sender! Für uns (81) nie wieder!
