Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We found out the owner had cancelled our reservation the night before we were to check in which left us scrambling for new accommodations. We found our the reservation was cancelled only because we’d reached out for instructions on how to get into the building. Getting our full refund was a challenge. We did eventually get it back but took some work.
