Perfect hotel with a somewhat untrained staff

Great hotel, very good location, new construction. Staff is friendly but they just don’t follow up on guests’ requests. Six phone calls - all in Portuguese - to the front desk, no call back. Simply ignored. I think they feel bad to say no so they prefer ignoring rather than declining a request or explaining why they can’t help. That is however a minor detail given the hotel location and comfort level.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel but at this time it was extremely disappointing. 1- we booked a 5 nights luxury room and bathroom was very tiny. I'm 5 months pregnant and could hardly fit it. 2- we had to reactivate the room key every single time to be able to get in the room 3- the hotel lights went off for 2 days, we arrived at the hotel on Friday 2am and the hotel was completely dark, we had to wait in the lobby with two kids and 5 months pregnant until the manager arrived and was able to turn the generator on. We got the elevator to the 15th floor. When we got to the 15th floor, while the elevator door was still opening and we were inside the elevator, the lights went off again! My husband had to push us through the door. We couldn't see anything at all! Next day we wake up and the lights are off. We had to go down 15 floors to the stairs (5 months pregnant and 2 kids!). We told the front desk that we wanted to cancel the reservation and we have never received a call from the manager as promised. We stayed the 5 nights as we unfortunately had already paid for.

Very good, would definitely return if I came back to Recife. Not many foreigners in this part of Recife but definitely well suited to accommodate foreign travelers who do not speak Portuguese.

Good big business hotel.

Everything was fine except for neighbours comming home at 5am and partying loudly. Not the hotels fault and night desk rang them ,but no apology either.

Nice hotel in a very nice area

The hotel is located across the street in front of a beautiful beach. Close to 2 large shopping centers, the Recife Shopping Center is huge, but 5 minutes from the hotel there is another not-so-large, but much more beautiful shopping center. Staff are very nice and professional. Breakfast includes all the options, as typical in the region. Located in a good area, there are several options to go for a meal, very near to the hotel. Clean, well maintained. Room was really spacious, and had all the basics covered. There is a fitness center and swimming pool. In summary, a very good place to stay, highly recommended.

Terrible location.

Upon arrival noticed hotel not in the area advertised, hotel is in Pina not Boa Viagem, Pina is not a nice or safe area. Because of false advertisement only one night stay was to be charged and the balance of payment to Expedia was going to be credited to my account. we moved to a much better hotel the very next day

AS THE NAME OF THE HOTEL SAYS EXECUTIVE CLASS IT IS OF THAT STANDARD. THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE, MODERN, CLEAN, SAFE AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT. THE RESTAURANT HAS A FANTASTIC SEA FOOD. THE SERVICE OF THIS HOTEL IS OF HIGH STANDARD. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS SMILING, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.
