The location is far enough from the center of Recco but close enough by an easy, short walk to enjoy the hub. The view from our balcony was relaxing, inviting, perfect. We had a wonderful surprise when we checked in. Phillip, the guy who checked us in, spoke perfect english. It was such a relief after 5 days in rome in a hotel that the staff didn't speak much english. The room was really small...even by european standards. I would not even think about trying to ...

Hotel was chosen as part of tour of the American Horticultural Society Garden Study tour. Staff was accommodating. Food was good.
Had a wonderful time, all the staff members are professional. Wonderful location.
Many staff members at the desk and thus no waiting even with many guests at the front desk.
I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Jolanda. The location of the hotel is very convenient: It's only 6 minutes away from the train station and 4 minutes from the sea. The staff is extremely friendly and is eager to help. The breakfast buffet had lots of options including eggs and fresh squeezed juices, and the dining room staff was going out of their way to make sure everyone was pleased. The cappuccinos they make are simply amazing, and the happy attitude they do it with are admirable. My room had everything I could wish for: a very comfortable bed with 4 (!!!) pillows, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and even a wine opener and a bottle opener. They, literally, thought of everything to make you feel comfortable away from home. Even though the hotel is located in the center of the town, the room was very quiet. If i ever come back to Santa Margherita, I will most definitely stay at Hotel Jolanda again, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
