Dirty, Outdated, In Need of Repairs

The hotel room was dirty in places, including the threshold into the bathroom and corners throughout. The hallway had an unfavorable aroma that kind of smelled like something was being used to maybe cover up cigarette smoke. The door did not close on its own and needed assistance making sure it latched. The shower was stained and cracked. It did not seem clean. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and not highly effective at cooling the room. It squealed every time it came on and sounded like crickets while it was running. The in room single cup coffee brewer was filthy with thick, brown sludge in the bottom of it. All in all, I debated complaining and asking for my money back to I could find another hotel, but there was nothing easily accessible in the area and I had just driven 11 hours, so I was exhausted.
Shower is cracked and does not give the impression of cleanliness.
AC unit was disfunctional
Zoom in on the dirt in the corner next to the disfunctional ac unit.
In room coffee pot had thick, dark sludge from previous visitors.

It's fine wrt cleanliness, the beds are nice, and there's coffee in the room. Clearly, nothing fancy but fine. However, the common areas have so much scent that it could knock you over. If you are sensitive to scent, it's not for you. Apparently, the rooms with more than one bed, have a hallway with the strong scent. We moved to the "motel" rooms that open to the parking lot and it was much better.

Lock in room was broken. Hallway and bathroom smelled pretty bad. Floor in room was dirty. Strange ppl walking around tge parking lot. Pool area was nice but closed early.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. However, the place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel staff was excellent! I got there early to avoid traffic, and they made sure my room was available within minutes. They had a clean pool, which I enjoyed before heading to the Rod Stewart Concert at the Xfinity center in Mansfield. It’s about a 25 minute drive from there.

It’s clean and the pool is decent. Everything was working. It’s just a little rundown. The people are nice enough, but some of the clientele were a little sketchy overall, I would probably stay here again as we were here for a softball tournament

Laundry is a no go

We chose this property becausae it claimed to have laundry facilities. Not good. not coin operated. but you needed coins to get detergent. download an app. load money to the app. loaded laundry, added detergent. tried to start washer. Off line. no help from staff or call center. Ended up having to go to laundry mat to finish laundry. cloths came out with bleach stains from sitting on the detergent too long.
