OUTDOORS
The private entry courtyard offers a southwestern view of the mountains, while the large backyard patio overlooks the golf course. The back patio is equipped for outdoor dining for six and features a fire pit for cooler evenings. The BBQ is conveniently located next to the kitchen and the outdoor dining area. SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large closet, a 46-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower, dual vanities, and plenty of natural light. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, a 46-inch Smart TV, a work desk, and ample natural light. Guest bedroom #2 is perfect for overnight guests, featuring two twins that can convert to king size. The main bedroom is connected to guest bedroom #2, making it ideal for families. The guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
