I am a regular guest at this place and they over charge people I was there on November 1 2025 and I don’t smoke cigarettes and they said I smoked in the room plus I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she was very rude and disrespect

The Holiday Inn express was a very reasonable place to stay. It was close to my reason for visiting Clayton NC. I would definitely use them again. All staff was very friendly also.
