Nice property. Would have preferred a higher floor but it was high season. Bed was two doubles pushed together, would have preferred queen or king. Check in took a while. Overall good though. No A/C for floor entry hallway for floor I was on. Convenient location.

Overall a GREAT property. However, we had an issue with the air conditioner that took a while to get resolved. The property Manager not only got the issue resolved immediately once she was aware of it but after doing so wanted to know what else she could offer in light of the inconvenience. Her Outstanding Customer Service made all the difference as we will stay here again having to come to Bangkok from Hua Hin frequently. Honestly, if the Manager had not shown attention to detail and in getting this resolved I wouldn't consider coming here again. On another note, the Commons across the street is a convenient and great food, dessert and drink spot. There are plenty of great restaurants as well as street vendors.
