The room was comfortable (I found the bed especially good), the breakfast was limited but made to order (though the food needed to be brought out hotter), the staff was virtually non-existent but friendly, check-in was confusing and information about wifi was not readily available.

Excellent staff and a lovely property, but the owners seem to have gone cheap on all the details. Our mattress needed to be retired years ago, the bedding and pillows were below par, the bathroom was absolutely bare bones. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional.
