Un desastre, no habia personal, tuve que ir al lobby del hotel de al lado por info, mal olor , calefacción pobre, habia pelos en todos lados , reserve por 2 dias y cancele el segundo dia.

Table was broken, hot/cold shower was hard to set in a comfortable temperature, spiders, the place just look’s rundown, room felt stuffy… we stayed 2 nights and the next day me and my husband felt lightheaded. I’d say that it did had a nicer view because it was on the hill but I don’t think we’ll ever book at this place again

Pros: The view was amazing, heaters worked well (though missing in one room), the shower had good water pressure and a lovely massage showerhead, there was free filtered water & lots of ice in the lobby, free wifi was easy to access and worked well, front desk staff was friendly and had an excellent recommendation for pizza in town (though it didn't offer delivery). Cons: Front desk staff are not physically available immediately (you must call, even during "staffed" hours), no facial tissues were present in room, bath/hand towels were thin and not great quality, the hair dryer was not actually in the bathroom nor is there a power outlet in bathroom, the walls were very thin and a large family staying in the suite above us was extremely loud at all hours of the night, the floors were filthy dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned, other items in the room weren't super clean either, most of the fixtures in the room were either missing or broken such as the door handle to the balcony, the balcony furniture, the covers to all the lights, drain plugs, etc. There were multiple large black flies in the room - in the middle of winter. There was no food on site other than a bar/restaurant open 5-9pm daily. Overall I would not stay here again. I was pretty disappointed in the experience overall considering we paid a bit more to stay at a "nicer" place than others available. It was not a great experience and other than the view, this place has basically nothing going for it.

The room was absolutely filthy.Had 2 beds.Both beds had dirty sheets on them.1 of them actually had crusty discharge at the top of the sheet.Complained and had room switched.This room was just as filthy.Sheets were thin and stained.Bathroom had orange mold on shower curtain and around the tub.Tub had dark ring around it.The furniture in the room was broken or missing parts.The staff were not around and when asked for clean towels,they were putout.The towels were see through and yellow.The bathroom had 1 partially used roll of toilet paper and again had problems with staff to get another roll.The room had extension cords plugged into every outlet.The bedside lamp and clock were in one extension cord that was plugged in the wall by another extension cord with a lamp and the airconditioner.Could not go out on balcony as it leaned downwards.The room was on the 2nd floor accessable by the outside.The structure of the walkway also leaned downwards.The images on the website are deceiving and incorrect.The image of it looking like a Swiss Chalet is the other hotel.The stay in this hotel was an absolute disaster and the price was a ripoff.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It is absolutely disgusting.The BC Health and Safety should be doing a thorough investigation into the hygiene and safety of this hotel from hell.

They knew we were checking in late and still didn't turn on heat. Took a couple hrs under blanket before baseboards heated enough to relax. Lots of stuff laying around. Never met any staff at all. Patio curtain was shabby. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

Clean room, but other than that don’t expect much. Never asked or supplied room service. Nothing supplied other than towels and dispensers for shower soap and shampoo. No soap for the bathroom sink, no Kleenex. Decent place to sleep and leave though.
