Staying at Crystal Springs was great. The room was simple, clean, and functional. The location is excellent, with cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the shared patio and barbecues were a nice bonus.

Overall room is nice and clean during our overnight stay. The only thing is the parking area is lacking. We came back from dinner, there were no moreparking spot. We were concerned as we have to park on the grass area on the corner of motel. Thank goodness nothing happened. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

I really liked the staff, super friendly and polite. It was quiet and peaceful, just the way I like it. The only minor issue I had was the couch is worn right out. When you sit you sink way down, it needs replacing. Other than that I would stay there again

The staff was lovely but the area in general is a dump! The town has been run into the ground with unkept properties everywhere right in the Rockies. This is sad actually and we only stayed because we were driving through and needed a break on our way home. Hot springs in general is a perfect example of a place that has no regulations and no pride in ownership by its residents. Will never stop there again! Oh and the motel is a dump as well. Drive another 30 minutes and stay in Invermere, Absolute night and day difference!
