"The check-in process at the desk was painfully slow.
The lobby, meeting room, and restaurant were shabby and outdated.
The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
We got to the room and the beds were slept in and unmade. There were wet towels and garbage everywhere. The room clearly hadnt been cleaned and also smelled.
We didnt end up staying and got a refund."
