The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was decent, but the bathrooms weren’t as pictured. The apartment overall feels poorly finished, with a lot of quick fixes that were done carelessly. Very little effort was made to make it feel cozy. While the furniture is technically the same as in the pictures, the photos make the apartment appear much nicer than it actually is. Noise is also an issue. You can hear the neighbors clearly. Although the building is supposedly new, it feels neglected: the common areas are dirty, and there are insects throughout. The apartment itself wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it had a noticeable number of small flies and bugs, especially on the ceiling. On top of that, there were no trash bins provided, so we had to improvise. Overall, it would be appreciated if vacation rentals put more care and effort into maintaining and presenting their properties more accurately.
