Great festival I attended it the ambiance was great, amazing. People were good and clean, the music aswell, good taste, let's not forget about the place, very fancy, the creators are very kind and welcoming

Beware of reviews of this hotel before it was renovated. It’s very well located and very clean. Rooms are small but for the price you are paying it shouldn’t really be a problem. Good service and good breakfast. Definitely recommend. Most hotels in Morocco aren’t that clean. This one really is.

Flew in from DC to Rabat and needed a place to rest. My mother and I stayed at the new Ibis in Agdal, and glad we did. The staff were professional, the rooms were spotless clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. HICHAM was amazing!!! He made sure our stay was beyond expectation. Hicham was undeniably the best at what he does. He managed his team perfectly and made sure we the guest were taken care of. Thank you Ibis for a great stay, but most importantly thank you Hicham for upholding great quality in standards in your hotel! Highly recommend!

Nice little hotel. Quiet, mostly friendly staff although not very accommodating. Asked to get some change to take taxi and said they did not carry any. ? In any case, room was comfortable, clean, working thermostat, safe for valuables. Nice bed and good shower, Breakfast was an assortment of cheeses, yogurts, fruits, Moroccan pancakes, breads, etc. Very nice and delicious. Dinners were a bit pricey but also very tasty and restaurant staff was super nice. Only complaint was how difficult it was to walk to and from rail station which is only a couple blocks away. Lots constructions, no sidewalks and very, very dusty street. Had to walk in the middle of road and try to avoid being hit by constant traffic. it was kind of humorous and we really did not mind all that much. They are building a brand new high speed rail station one block from hotel. When finished in 2020, it should be awesome new addition to Rabat. Very futuristic looking and huge which will service direct trains to Casablanca and Marrakesh and cut traveling time in half.

I m guest for ibis in all the world but i find ibis rabat is the perfect one is like more than 3 stars the breakfast is good the room is clean and the staff are very helpfull thank you amine and Mr Nabil too

This Ibis location was in a government and office area of Rabat. The view left much to be desired. It was a short walk to cafes, a little grocer shop, and a bit furher is the ocean. The room was quaint and uitlitarian. I found it to be too warm but the window would only open about 2 inches. The thermastat did nothing when I adjusted it. The daytime staff was helpful and friendly. The night staff was not helpful and one was downright unhelpful. Breakfast was included in the price and was a buffet with a variety of foods to choose from. It was dlicious. Parking was available underneath the hotel in a garage. Overall, I feel it was worth the price.

The reception had a single person trying very hard to serve all the checking in customers , which meant a long waiting time in the que , the breakfast was ok, but no omelet or eggs on offer, the copying machine was not working at the reception, was told can’t help you!! Definitely expensive for the service/comfort level.

The location is near the rail station but nothing else. The reception was badly organised and chekc in took ages. In my room I got an electric shock when plugging in my phone charger as their power box was defective. I reported it but nothing was done. A pretty anodyne characterless hotel.

I had a short business trip to Rabat and my choice of hotel was very satisfactory. The hotel was very recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. The decor was modern and fun. The room was medium sized, with basics (TV, hairdryer, but no fridge). Breakfast was modest and quite varied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free Wifi was strong and worked every time I tried, which cannot be taken for granted, as I found out in other hotels I have been to. The best thing about the hotel, other than its affordability and renovated inside, is its proximity to the main train station in Rabat (10 mn max on foot), and the main drag in the city (Fal Ould Oumair). Within a walking distance from the hotel (15 mn), I could visit shops, Cafes, restaurants, and even a couple of historical sites and a supermarket. Ideal for visitors planning a short stay in the city and who don't have to worry about transportation.

Accueil professionnel. Chambre classique convenable. Dommage que la douche soit bouchée, côté hygiène ça craint. Sinon, les autres services étaient satisfaisants. Situation de l'hôtel très pratique pour prendre le TGV.
