Estuvimos muy cómodas y bien atendidas. todas nuestras dudas y consultas sobre lugares para visitar fueron absueltas con calidad y calidéz. Lindo lugar

This is a great charming older hotel. Location is right in the middle of everything you would want to see in Quito. Very helpful staff and the grounds were spotless. would really recommend to any one staying in quito. The only draw back is all hotels in Quito are at least a one hours drive. Please on staying at one near the airport if you have a early flight.

This little gem is nestled away in between the old and new towns of Quito. Aside from a few tardy responses to emails the staff on site are gracious and go out of their way to ensure that you are settled and your every need is met during your stay with them. The laundry service is good value for money and the only thing we wished we'd known sooner was that the dining room where we ate our breakfast served as a hotel at night. The hotel is within walking distance of a vibey party zone as well as the local shopping centre and very close to the local tourist bus routes. There are many restaurants to sample local delicacies in the same street as the hotel. I would recommend a stay at this hotel but it has to be noted that the airport shuttle advertised on the site is no longer available and do not make use of the taxi service that they call as this was the only time we were taken advantage of. Ecuador has myriads of metered taxis that are available from the airport to the hotel at a fraction of what we paid and there are metered taxis a available on the doorstep of the hotel 24 hours a day.

Great hotel, Staff makes you feel like family. Knowledgeable of the area and over the top with help. Fabulous restaurant in the evenings in the.. same place you have morning breakfast. Make sure you see the artisan museum just down the street...and eat at least 1 meal in the seafood restaurant across the street.

Lovely, quaint hotel. The staff was so pleasant, and helpful. I was pleased to see that cleanliness, and beautification was important to management, and its staff. Thank you!

This hotel was perfect both in size and amenities! A wonderfully homey feel, in a larger than appears hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, well appointed, with extra warm blankets for the cool quito nights. The desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast was quite tasty and filling with plenty of choices! I would definitely stay here again.

staff spoke some english so between my then broken spanish It was nice. They even made me a ham sandwich for breakfast!!

Truly a very different experience, convenient location, very close to a good supermarket and the breakfast was good.

O's website description of the location "near the airport" was out of date (the hotel is near the OLD airport); 45 minute cab ride from the airport in each direction with no traffic. Hotel itself is quaint, colorful and very comfortable. Stair-climbing is required. The included breakfast is prompt and very good.

Our stay was too short. It was quite far from the new airport location, but that's about the only downside. It was a healthy but enjoyable walk to market, restaurants, shops, etc. Very charming and unique hotel with a wonderfully accommodating staff. I was travelling with my two school-aged sons and my mother (somewhat limited mobility, but she was able to do the stairs!) Definitely a nice change from chain hotels!

The hotel is very nice, but it's a minimum (with no traffic) of 45 minutes from the airport. On a normal day it would take 1 1/2 hours to reach the airport. The hotel's website states it's twenty minutes. We would consider staying there again if we were going to spend several days in Quito.

Great breakfast and good location for the wekend fun!

Great location yet away from all the night life noise. Front desk person was the best in the past month of travel!

I just needed an overnight in Quito before a flight. The staff were very nice and there is quite a bit of food located nearby. A good place to explore the city from.

This was a cute and cozy hotel. The staff was amazing!! Many who spoke English which was a great help. Great location. A little noisy because of groups that were coming in. We were able to take our 2 small dogs and they seemed to really enjoy it, especially when they got the extra attention! We plan to return again soon

We require little else but a clean room, hot water, private bathroom and shower. This hotel not only met our requirements, but was outstanding in personnel..everyone from the desk receptionist, Mili, to the breakfast waitress, Mari and all of the men who help carry luggage, talk to taxi drivers and nearly every other thing... they will help with whatever they can. call in a pizza take-out for you, wake up call at 4:00 a.m.,store your luggage when you plan to return after 3 days...whatever. They are fairly good with English. I spoke Spanish, but saw other people "getting through" with limited Spanish.

I arrived starving at midnight. The receptionist kindly had fresh cheese, bread and a big glass of a scrumptious yogurt drink brought to my room. Friendly, warm staff. Not too knowledgeable about restaurants. Glad had read in a review about the windows to the hall that let light into the rooms. Bothersome but not terrible. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff but a little noisy even when provided a "quiet" room. Terrific internet connection in the room!

The staff was most accommodating. Arranged for storing our bags for the day after we already checked and shuttling us to the airport.

The room was tiny, but comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all, a very satisfactory overnight stay.
