The chef staff or the owner was very friendly and helpful by providing necessary info we asked. He helped us changing the rooms for three times per our preferences/requests at the time of we checked in. The location is good in the historic center of the city with many attractions in walking distance. The included breakfast was fresh prepared esch morning. but it was very simple and limited. It could be better. Because the hotel is an old structure, it does not have elevators. For those, who have mobility issues or carry large/heavy luggage, this may cause problems. All in all, with the location, friendly staff, cleanness, especially for very reasonable price, this is good value for staying in the center of the city. So, we are satisfied and highly recommended.

The property feels very secure and safe. The location is very convenient. Rooms are cleaned daily and the property is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly and very helpful specially Raul who works at the front desk, Christian and Jesus. The free breakfast is delicious. The stairs leading to my 3rd floor room are a little bit steep. You just have to be extra careful.

Clean and conveniently located family hotel for a few days in Quito. Four of use fit in one room, and its private patio was nice. The water was hot and the included breakfast was reliable. There was street noise, but it was worth it to be just a few blocks from the main plaza.
