Amazing property! Lots of wildlife to be seen. Beautiful beach! Concierge Laura available via text and was super helpful. Better guidance at checkin would help - how to use safe, convenience store, pool locations… Good restaurants within easy walk.

The staff was very friendly. Room had an amazing view, with wild animals all around. The room was very clean. The food at the restaurant on the resort was also very good.

Wow. Spectacular. All the staff was so kind and friendly. Don’t worry just book. We ended up adding one more night, wish we could have stayed longer (and miss our flight lol). Views from the bungalow were amazing. These resort is immersive with wildlife and natural landscaping. Beach was quite and enjoyed a taste of paradise. Concierge team was easy to reach and even helped with park tickets. Thank you guys.

Excellent resort. Bungalow was modern and clean. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Secluded beach was the best we experienced on our whole trip. Lounge chairs and beach toys were a huge plus!

This place is straight out of a postcard. It was so nice and perfect spot for a family vacation.

Wonderful and spacious, great friendly staff and concierge.

Great place. All the animals you'd want to see, PLUS great rooms, amenities and grounds. The staff - to a person - make this place extra special. Everyone is so friendly, helpful & a joy to be with. They embody pura vida.

This place represented a unique experience for our family. The bungalow we stayed in had a fantastic, panoramic view of the ocean and the surrounding forest. It was quiet and very immersed in nature. I personally had the best sleep in many years. Service was five stars from the concierge Andrés to the waiters in the restaurant, Elliot in particular. We also enjoyed very much a nature tour with Roger, an experienced biologist with emphasis on Ecotourism. All in all, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!! We'll be back soon.

My wife and I recently spent 6 days in Costa Rica. This hotel / villas was a wonderful spot - with its own beach, individual villas, and a lot of wildlife on site. Did not really need the Manuel Antonio Park tour, since we had monkeys, sloth, and iguanas all on the property! Great private beach will very attentive staff. Hotel also offers transportation to/from San Jose airport. We rented a car since we visited other locations, but would not needed it if Buena Vista was single destination spot (which it can be).
