Queenstown is beautiful but this shouldn't be marketed as a hotel - it's most certainly a hostel. The room was dirty, the sheets were scratchy, the carpet hasn't been shampooed in ages, the shower doesn't drain, the bathroom floor looks like a 1990's McDonalds bathroom. Not what we expected in any way.

Great Lake view from the hotel, nice comfortable rooms. Parking was hard to find, the street is always occupied with cars, so if you don’t contact the property early then parking becomes a struggle.

The place is quite clean, no street noise, convenient for someone who catch bus. But the room is lack of storage, there is no hanger for my jacket and no secure storage for my snowboard board bag, I have to put it underneath the bed. The dryroom need to be more organised with some drying rack, not wirer. Laundry is expensive $6 a wash n $6 for dry.

Great modern hostel on the lakefront a short 5 mins from the centre of queenstown. Good rooms and clean hot showers. Comfy lounge with pool table. Parking can be tricky - like most places. A hot tub or sauna would be a great addition to the hostel a day of skiing!
