There is a real sense of arrival when you walk into Panorama View. Without a doubt it is one of Queenstown's finest views.
Spacious, luxury, living located so close to town, Panorama View is built for relaxation and entertaining. The large open plan living room with open wood burning fire opens to an enclosed sunny courtyard on one side and a deck with views over the lake on the other. The large courtyard is perfect for entertaining with a built in BBQ and outdoor wood fire. An outdoor spa pool overlooking the mountains completes the package.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top appliances and fine crockery and cutlery.
The 5 bedrooms are on 3 different levels. The master bedroom with en suite is on the top level. On the main living level there is a bedroom with en suite and on the lower level there are 2 large bedrooms with a large bathroom and separate toilet. Also on the lower level is another bedroom with ensuite. Off this bedroom is another small lounge. The beds in each room are either Super King or King size and all can be unzipped to singles. There are also extra single beds in the 2 large downstairs bedroom, both of these bedrooms can sleep 4 singles. Each of the bedrooms has it's own television and independent heating. The house sleeps 15.

There is a small flat right next door to the house that sleeps 4 which is sometimes available for rent.

Special conditions:
The house sleeps 15 but local council bylaws limit us to 2 adults per bedroom. So we can take no more than 10 adults and 5 children.
We are also limited to a minimum hire of 3 nights.
