Welcome to the ultimate luxury beachfront oasis! This brand new property was just completed in Spring 2025 and is now ready for the summer.

Relax with family and friends and enjoy the beach directly outside. This beautiful home can sleep 8, with two other properties adjacent for larger groups.

Amenities include a fire pit, outdoor shower, fireplace, three bathrooms, large covered deck, electric car charger, and stone patio with BBQ. Steps away from Cleveland Beach. Only 25 mins to Halifax.
The space
This 4 bedroom home has three queen sized bedrooms and a master suite with a king sized bed. Three full size bathrooms (bath and shower unit) and a washer and dryer are also in the home. There is a large family room with a beautiful stone fireplace on the main level along with a large kitchen complete with a dining room table with seating for 8.

Outside you will find a store patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a private fire pit.

This home is located steps away from Cleveland Beach, located directly beside the property with a private path to the beach. Great restaurants, trails and other beaches are nearby, including a 10 minute drive to grocery store and other amenities.

There are two additional properties adjacent to this home, great for larger groups.

The property is clearly new and is well equipped with all of the kitchen utensils, linens, and bathroom products we needed. The ocean view is gorgeous. The driveway is shared and clearly the neighbors are not pleased with a rental (not the owners fault at all) but would affect whether we would stay again.
