I thought I had reserved at a bread and breakfast, but I was wrong. Breakfast was $50.00 for two. Yipe!

I booked 2 nights here for my husband and me to celebrate an event. We had spent the prior 2 nights in old Quebec, but couldn't get 2 more nights at that hotel. This one was highly recommended on several cites The information on Orbitz showed that breakfast was included when the listing on Another site for the same rate, did not. While the hotel is NOT convenient if you want to explore the old city, it was perfect for the second half of our week when we wanted to tour the surrounding area by car. When we checked in we were told that our section of rooms included breakfast and happy hour. The offerings for the latter were top shelf, self serve and I think you could have made any cocktail you desired! The food offerings were amazing and we enjoyed it so much that we skipped dinner. Breakfast the next day was not disappointing either. It was a delicious menu that held us through lunch. While this is a pricey hotel, the whole set up with a suite and a bathroom bigger than I have at home, made this an incredible option! If you want convenience for easy in and out with a car, and do not need to be walking distance to old Quebec, this was a 10!

Booked a four night stay. Everything was excellent. Our only complaint was the fact that the food service was not as usual; it was slow and we had to ask twice before getting it. A little disappointing.

It was a very good experience. Beautiful bedroom and good amenities.

We stayed 4 nights, and found the grounds, staff and amenities absolutely wonderful. Shuttle service was accomodating even to our last minute planning. Everyone was smiling, friendly and helpful. We upgraded to one of the newer rooms, which was super comfortable, nice Jacuzzi tub!

We stayed for one night only. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport because we had an early flight the following morning. According to the site it's supposed to be 5 minutes away from the airport but when we got there the ride seemed longer. The number one reason for choosing this hotel is the Free Airport Shuttle. We got the Airport to the Hotel shuttle but the Hotel to the Airport there was no shuttle available because we were told our flight was too early and there was no driver on duty. If we would have known, I would have chosen another hotel who has 24/7 service. Maybe that should be indicated on the site. Airport shuttle depending on availability. No elevator at this hotel. surpised being a 5 star hotel. The room where we stayed at could use some carpet upgrading.

Wonderful time! The staff were all so friendly, helpful & accommodating - they went out of their way several times to drive us back & forth to the old city, even when the regular shuttle service wasn't scheduled. Hotel is beautiful, our room was very comfortable, the food is good. I only wish they were a little closer to the city, and the only issue we had was one night the outdoor Jacuzzi was not very hot.

The fillet was delicious but very expensive. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and spoke English but it sometimes took a while to get my point across. I suggest learning French. I didn't get to golf as the weather was terrible for the majority of my stay. Quebec is beautiful!!!

The only problem is that once you check in they are too busy to convince you to upgrade to the suite

Provided all I needed for this business trip. Room comfortable, gym and sauna a plus, staff all very pleasant and accommodating.
