Upon departure, to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, ensure the cleanliness of the microwave, coffee machine, counters (pots and pans stored, etc.), fridge (without perishable food), as well as the cleanliness of the property in general (no messy spots). In addition, to take out the garbage in the respective bins and where applicable, to clean the BBQ, respect the cleanliness of the hot tub at all times and always close the cover after use; d) behave in such a way as not to incur damages to the property or its furnishings; e) refrain from moving any piece of furniture in order to respect the owner’s decor; f) authorize access to the maintenance staff inside of the property or outside of the building in case of an emergency, damage or necessary repair.
Failure to respect these conditions will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the immediate expulsion of the lessee(s) from the rental property, without reimbursement of rental fees and/or security deposits, as these monies will be forfeited to pay damages.
