I was unhappy that at breakfast, everything was served on styrofoam and with plastic cups and utensils. Use compostable! It's not that hard. Also, the trash can was filled to overflowing and no one was emptying it. Gross.

The worst place and very dirty, the front desk service was terrible, and the breakfast was terrible. We couldn't enjoy the pool because it was closed and out of service.

Overall great place to stay.

The stay was very good. We did not know that the hotel was under construction so when we pulled up a bunch of old mattresses were stacked along the entry. So stacking in back would have been better. Breakfast was good.

We had a room way in the back where it seemed that guests dont often stay. Very moldy aircon, you could see the bottom sheet had not been changed :( and there was a massive gap at the bottom of the door that let ALL the sounds in from the hallway while someone accross from us was opening and slamming door costantly, moving carts and bags till about midnight.

My check in time was 3 pm...given keycard went to room and was dirty ( meaning someone just moved out and house keeping hasn't cleaned it) the housekeeper was clean ing another room and said try a room he had just cleaned. Poor guy was the ONLY housekeeper there and looked worked to the bone. You need to hire more housekeepers and pay them well for their hard work. Is ICE having an affect? Anyway i don't blame staff ...i got a room with two beds instead of a king...but so what? Room was nice. But corporate...get your (stuff) together.
