A total disappointment. After reviewing the mixed reviews, i wanted to give this resort a try. . Check in was a total chaos. Food was horrible and the service was lousy. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working and I called several times ti report it. No one came to check it. The service at the buffet area was horrible. Although I didn’t drink anything i noticed the lack of bars all over. No irons in the room. The beds were too small And uncomfortable. No courtesy from staff.

Nice, clean pools and three Jacuzzi's. Food was very good, liked two bars situated on coral cliffs over looking the ocean. Upgraded room was comfortable. Resort is compact and easy to navigate and you have the ability to walk outside the resort in to the town for shopping, souvenirs, dining out or a few drinks.

Need to have better food. The place is beautifull. Staff is nice.

The "all inclusivness" and easy access to town. It is in close proxcimity to my resturants a bank and many great things.

everything was great the first few days. then Friday came, I guess they open hotel to locals for the weekends. kids running everywhere, I have nothing against kids, but they should be with their parents. saw some kids filling their plates with deserts, and then pick them off with fingers and put them back. I do not blame the kids, they should have parents with them. and the amount of food wasted was just crazy.

Facilities folk always gave bad information or no info regarding facility. They take all towels from room at 9 am to wash, and you don't get them back until 4-5 pm. The entire hotel had no hot watee for almost 24 hours

This hotel has made some nice upgrades and their are excellent views of the water and mountains in the distance. The pools are clean and the smaller ones are more quiet. Now, the issue I had was severe DIARRHEA many, many times and even again this AM after I got home last night. I am now consulting with a MD in the USA who is doing blood work, stool sampling and prescribing multiple medicines. This is not Good! I planned for my vacation six months ago and as a result of my bad bacterial infection obtained at this hotel it was a VERY unpleasant experience. I can tell you one evening early on my trip I was offered some grilled chicken which did not seem to be adequately cooked. These type of infections can often happen because of poor hygienic procedures from food handlers. Washing ones hands is VERY important!. I am letting people know this since you could be also at risk of catching something if you should stay at this hotel. For me I CAN NOT RETURN to this hotel again. Finally, I did not eat outside the hotel, this problem happened at CMB.

The hotel is currently under renovation so half the facilities are closed and no notifications was giving. The WiFi is an addinal change and goes in and out, and doesn’t work in your room.

We stayed in this Resort for 1 night, 2 adults 1 child, got a very good price. It's a well run/maintained place, clean rooms, mostly friendly staff. The buffet was tasty, but not a wide range of options. What sets this Resort apart, is the Outside Jacuzzis; they are next to the ocean, making them a beautiful place to relax and take some pictures.

Insert the card to activate the A/C ,came back about 2hr and the room the A/C was not working . Went to front desk they send a maintenance person to fix the A/C no luck. Next day I requested a different room . So they put us up on the top floor facing the ocean with a small balcony that you couldn't go out on it was too small and a coconut was it front of the window and I pay for a ocean view room. To make matters worst the second room A/C also didn't work. After the third day and last day of the vacation they move us into a newer room UNACCEPTABLE.. The buffet restaurant was outside and the flies were all over the food area and plates . even in the outside Show Theater it was so hot that our family 90 and 80 year old grandparents couldn't stay in the theater every long . There were also no handicap equipment like a golf cart to take our grandparents to there rooms that was all the way on the other side of the resort. Also this Hotel is over 20 year old and the they are remodeling but they could of put us in a room that the A/C work the first time . WORST VACATION EVER.

This resort is directly on the beach and everything is easy to walk to. The best feature is the outstanding views you have from the coral cliffs overlooking the ocean and mountains in the background. This is a great area to sun worship and to take advantage of the three cold water jacuzzis. This sets this hotel apart from others. I am also a repeat visitor.

Food was great, friendly staff, shows are entertaining, clean rooms, the safe deposit box is too old, wasn't working though, it looked like it's been like that for a while now and nobody notice or do something about it, the dance club could be better it looks too old fashioned but the dj plays great music, the pools make it up for it since they are wide, clean and great. Definitely coming back.

My time was ok. The rooms could be in better conditions . The AC system was very poor and more entertainment

The check in was quick and easy the hotel itself is some what run down. There was not many choices for food and one thing I disliked was that the food on the buffet restaurant had flies all over. My husband and I got a stomach bug. Outside the hotel looks like a thug neighborhood I was scared when we were getting there that the inside was going to be bad but once inside is ok. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. There were no restrictions to smoking as there were people smoking inside one of the restaurants and in the pool they should have smoking areas so non smokers can enjoy the fresh air. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
