Buen hospedaje, pero lo que me molestó fue que olvidé algunas pertenencias, envié a una amiga por ellas y me dijeron que "no había olvidado nada", que el personal de limpieza no encontró nada, entonces ese es un punto mega negativo.

The hotel was fairly valued. I paid around $50 USD for a one night stay (Wednesday) during Holy Week. Short cab ride away from popular beaches like Carrizalillo (about $5 USD). The location was a bit north (about 25 minute walk to Carrizalillo. There weren’t any windows in the room, but it was spacious and the bathroom was nice. You get what you pay for. Solid hotel if you’re looking for a place to put your head down for the night.

Reserve por 4 noches guiándome en las buenas recomendaciones. Cuando llegamos al lugar estaba completamente muy mal ubicado. No tenían servicio de internet en la recepción por lo cual nos hicieron esperar más de una hora para poder entregarnos la habitación. Yo tenía servicio de internet libre en mi teléfono de alguna red cercana y le informé a la recepcionista la cual solo me ignoró. Resaltando que esto fue a media noche, de lo contrario nos hayamos ido de inmediato a otro lugar. Cuando al fin nos entregaron la habitación había hormigas pequeñas, y por lo encerrado de la habitación sin ventana hay mucho eco, puedes escuchar todo lo de las demás habitaciones. La televisión ni si quiera funcionaba menos el internet del lugar. La recepcionista muy cortante y con muy mal servicio al cliente además de todo esto al siguiente día cuando le informamos que cancelaríamos las demás noches, dijo que ella no podía hacer nada y que todo tenía que ser a través de la plataforma. Un representante de expedía nos ayudó a hacer la cancelación pero después de varios intentos ni si quiera ellos han podido localizar al lugar para que hagan el renbolso. Pésimo servicio y pésimo lugar. Hay lugares mucho mejores y más económicos mejor ubicados. Don’t waste your money here.

Atención y limpieza

Una muy buena opción para hospedarse, las instalaciones aunque no ostentosas, funcionan perfecto, la limpieza es impecable tanto de la habitación como del sanitario y ducha. El espacio de la habitación es amplio y la atención del personal es excelente.

El hotel es tal cual se describe en las fotos, está bastante nuevo. Tiene ascensor y acceso a agua potable. Hay sitios para comer cerca y un oxxo. Aparcamiento seguro. El único problema que encontramos es q los baños tienen un agujero en un lateral de la ducha y se inunda con facilidad todo el baño. Nos pusieron una solución temporal pero tienen que solucionar ese problema que afecta a todas las habitaciones según nos dijeron.
