El personal fue amable, la recámara cómoda, y por el precio estuvo bien. Tiene una bonita vista al mar. Y no tiene que caminar mucho para llegar a la playa.

Desde la llegada tuve problemas porque no estaba lista la habitación con la promesa de reinstalarme al día siguiente y desde luego que es incómodo empacar/ desempacar eso es inconveniente. Mi llegada fue por la noche y solicité taxi para cenar pues el hotel está lejos del centro y la tarifa que me dijeron me cobraría no sé respecto por el taxista, pero eso fue lo de menos, ya por la noche me cambiaron al cuarto que me correspondía y la incomodidad por la mañana fue el arribo (7:00am) de albañiles pues el hotel está en obra por ampliación lo cual no es muy cómodo si vas en plan de descanso que tengas que despertar por ruidos incómodos. No respetaron el precio del cuarto lo escogí por lo económico 368.00 y el cobro final fue de 456.00 por noche en realidad el hotel está lejos del centro, al igual que de la playa para todo hay que tomar transporte además de estar en un cerro qué hay que caminar y la calle es empedrado muy empinado. Un altercado con la dueña quien me insulta diciendo que los engañe pues hice mi reservación por tres noches primero antes de confirmar mi vuelo y después no cheque ampliar mi reservación de hotel y en vez de agradecer el ampliar mi estancia me reclama no estaba negándome a pagar pero no me libre del maltrato de la propietaria. Mi experiencia fue desagradable de principio a fin, ya ni la cortesía de contratarme el servicio de taxi para traslado al aeropuerto.

Me gustó el ambiente, la atmósfera natural, tiene todos los servicios y cocineta con todo lo necesario para preparar tus alimentos. El personal es muy amable y servicial, pasa un transporte público frente al hotel. No me gustó que hubiera hormigas rojas dentro del cuarto. Aunque el hotel resolvió dándonos insecticida

Bel emplacement, bien situé,endroit paisible. Par contre,il y avait de la construction sur le terrain et dans la rue durant notre séjour... Peu ou pas d'explications données par le personnel sur l'utilisation des lieux, des clefs,etc. Cuisinette ok mais mal équipée. Mobilier obsolète. Terrasse sur le toit avec une belle vue mais encore mobilier obsolète et mal entretenue. Par contre,jardin fleuri et piscine propre. Quand même bon rapport qualité-prix.
