Two-bedrooms apartment located in the fascinating old town of Puerto de la Cruz. From the windows you can admire the cozy and quiet "plazeta" (square) and one of the last graffiti of the city!
The central Plaza del Charco, the bus station and the nearest beach are between 2 and 5 minutes walk.

APARTMENT'S DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated building. You can enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in the old center of Puerto de la Cruz in couple, family, or a group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds that can be joined. The sofa in the livingroom can be transformed into a bed for two other people so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one each bedroom.
There is a small hairdryer at disposal.
The cozy lounge features a large screen TV 48", a comfortable sofa and an individual zone with playstation-3 with his own screen and games.

The separate kitchen with diningroom has all appliances you may need, including oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. This is a large dining area for 6 people.

Climbing another floor there is a small but cozy and colorful roofterrace where you can relax on the sun loungers or better in the shade of the umbrella.
Here there is a washing machine that you can use for only 3 euro/wash.
The apartment has WiFi Free connection useful to plan the day's excursions.

The beach "Playa Jardin", the central square, the bus station and supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk away.
Below the apartment there are bars, restaurants and small shops. You will love it, it is definitely the best side of Puerto de la Cruz!
The Park "Loro Parque" is a 15 minute walk, a pleasant walk along the beach, or a 5-minute by car.

The mountainbike and our helmet are at you disposal for free.

Lovely apartment in terrific location

Couple stayed for a week in the Agora apartment. Very pleasant, clean and comfortable with everything one needed for a good self catering holiday. Eduardo the host was most welcoming and helpful. As part of the old town, the area is exceptional with the added benefit of the Agora Bar & Cafe just downstairs! Would fully recommend to others.

Lovely appartment in an ideal location

We enjoyed our first visit to Tenerife based in Puerto de la Cruz. The appartment is spacious, comfortable and well- equipped. It is in a very good location close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The bus station is a short walk away and we made good use of the BONOCard to access walks. Lucia was friendly and helpfully organised our transfer from the airport.

Ideal Location

Located in the ideal part of this town with the harbour a short stroll away and many restaurants, bars and the beach on the doorstep. The bus station is a short walk so travelling from either airport is cheap and easy. The accommodation is very spacious for up to four and still OK for one or two more. We spent a most happy holiday.

Traumhafte Lage in der Altstadt von Puerto de la Cruz

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr netter Empfang, hilftsbereit... Persönlich gestaltet, sehr sauber, supertolle Lage im lebhaften Herzen, nahe am Meer, Strand, Hafen, direkt in der Altstadt von Puerto de la Cruz.

Super Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung und die zentrale Lage genossen. Tip: Mietwagen kostenfrei auf dem Molenparkplatz abstellen. Dabei bis ans Ende zum Hafen fahren. Dann ist Weg zur Wohnung nur 200 m. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr großzügig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist perfekt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und liegt an einem wunderschönen Platz. Besonderer Dank an die sehr netten Gastgeber und Daniela, die uns sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit zur Seite standen. Wenn noch mal Teneriffa, dann hier.

Een verborgen pareltje

Agora appartement is twee weken ons huis geweest in Puerto de la Cruz. Met ruim dertig jaar ervaring op de Canarische eilanden menen wij te kunnen oordelen en is Agora een fantastische vakantie beleving. Gelegen aan een heerlijk, autovrij pleintje, boven een koffie en tapasbar, biedt deze locatie alles wat je van een zorgeloze vakantie mag verwachten. Op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het strand en midden in het levendige centrum van Puerto, met een keur aan restaurantjes, bars terrasjes en leuke kleine winkeltjes. Voor ieder wat wils en alles op loopafstand. Het café wordt gerund door een enthousiast team van jonge mensen, die ervoor zorgen dat de gasten niets ontbreekt. Blijkt ook wel want het terras zit bijna altijd vol van 10.00 tot 24.00. Met toeristen en lokale bewoners. Ook omdat hier de beste koffie van Puerto wordt geschonken. En natuurlijk nog veel meer. Maar altijd met een glimlach! Hier ben je meer dan alleen maar gast. Het appartement is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en is een volwaardig Canarisch woonhuis en geen vakantie appartement. Een plek om te koesteren en steeds terug te komen vanwege de mooie ligging en de ontspannen atmosfeer. Zoek je rust kan je die vinden op het dakterras om ongezien en ongestoord bijvoorbeeld een boek te lezen of een wijntje te drinken. Omdat er maar een appartement is, is de privacy gegarandeerd. Een echte Canarische vakantie beleef je hier, en laat een ieder die dat wil maar kiezen voor de betonnen blokkendozen van de touroperators. Wij komen hier zeker nog vaak terug. I

Große, angenehme, optimal gelegene Ferienwohnung mit liebenswürdigem Service!

Zentral gelegene, schöne, große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung an einem der aller schönsten Plätze der Altstadt von Puerto de la Cruz. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen - auch längerfristigen - Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Bar/Café mit einem sehr leckeren Speiseangebot bei einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das zum Teil auch deutschsprachige Team besticht mit großer Freundlichkeit, Liebenswürdigkeit und ständigem Bemühen, dem Gast möglichst jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Dort den Urlaub zu verbringen, war eine ausgesprochene Freude und ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Top-Lage in familiärem Ambiente

Wir waren in der ersten Dezemberwoche 18 im Appartement Agora und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Bar unten ist eine absolute Bereicherung mit herzlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die Getränke und die allgemeine Aufmachung sind einfach spitze. Das Appartement ließ nahezu keinen Wunsch offen - großzügig, mit guten Betten und ausreichender Ausstattung. Es ist aber kein Appartement, um sich als Familie ständig selber zu verpflegen, dazu fehlt es an Geschir (keine Schüsseln, keine tiefen Teller etc) und Standart-Küchenhilfen. (Aber bei den vielen tollen Restaurants in der Umgebung ist das echt überflüssig.) Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir hatten immer einen Parkplatz und keinerlei Probleme. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Tolle Lage, unglaublich nette Vermieter, was will man mehr?

Wir waren im Mai in der tollen Unterkunft von Lucia und Eduardo und haben es sehr genossen. Bereits vor der Reise hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt, alles war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral über der dazugehörigen Bar, welche wunderbaren Kaffee, tolle Cocktails und live-Musik bietet. Sehr Gerne jederzeit wieder!!

Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die genügend Platz für 4 Personen hat. Die Betten sind bequem, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es hat uns in den 2 Wochen an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch im Herzen der Altstadt und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. (Busbahnhof, Playa Jardin, Promenade) Die Gastgeber Eduardo, Daniela und Lucia sind sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar sollte doch mal was fehlen. Wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei euch hatten!

Ein Glückstreffer!

Diese Wohnung erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen und Ansprüche, bestens eingerichtet, modern und grosszügig, perfekt für vier erwachsene Personen. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, obwohl wir es meist vorzogen, in den verschiedensten Restaurants zu essen. Von den Barbetreibern erhielten wir dafür gute Tipps, in der Wohnung liegt ebenfalls ein Ordner dazu bereit. Eine Bäckerei für frisches Brot zum Frühstück ist in einer kurzen Distanz zu erreichen, ebenfalls ein Supermarkt und das Herz der Stadt, die Plaza del Charco. Auch der Strand, sauber und mit der Möglichkeit, Liegebett und Sonnenschirm zu mieten, ist nahe gelegen, für das Auto gibt es einen grossen Parkplatz (gratis) in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat eine Superlage, ruhig an einem verkehrsfreien kleinen und gemütlichen Platz, oberhalb der Bar "Agora", die wir oft und gerne besuchten, sei es zum Apero oder zum Schlummertrunk. Die Stimmung dort ist gemütlich, und die Bedienung stets sehr freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen, ein wahrer Glückstreffer! Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche!

Tolle grosse Wohnung am schönsten Palmenpark, mitten in der Altstadt

Da wir die Altstadt von Puerto de la Cruz seit Jahren kennen, ist diese Wohnung der ideale Ausgangspunkt für den Städtebummel, Wandern, Spazieren oder viele nette Menschen kennen lernen. Lucia hat uns sehr Freundschaftlich empfangen und sich gut um uns gekümmert! Schön ist, das diese Wohnung direkt über dem Café Bistro AGORA liegt und man unbeschwert einen Apero oder ein Häppchen genehmigen konnte. Nachmittags oder vor dem schlafen gehen, egal die Stadt lebt und das hat uns in der Ruhe nicht gestört! Wir kommen sicher wieder....... Danke Lucia, Daniela + Ernesto vom AGORA

Une accueil exceptionnelle pour un appartement joliment décoré avec plus d'équipements que ce qu'on s'y attendait! D'une propreté pas encore trouvé sur d'autres biens jusqu'à présent. Localisation parfaite pour pouvoir tout faire à pied mais avec un énorme parking gratuit à 5 - 10 minutes à pied: tout type de restaurant, activités, supermarchés, boutiques et même un grand centre commercial le tout à 20 minutes à la ronde à pied autour de l'appartement. Le prix est plus que correcte. Une belle trouvaille.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage!!

Ende September waren wir zu viert für 7 Tage in der Ferienwohnung zu Gast (2 Pärchen zwischen 25 und 30 Jahre alt). Wir fanden die Wohnung wirklich perfekt. Sie ist komplett neu eingerichtet und sauber. Da die Wohnung zwei seperate Badezimmer hat, gab es auch keinen Ärger, wer zuerst ins Badezimmer darf ;) Die Lage der Wohnung war unserer Meinung nach perfekt. Alles was man braucht, ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen (Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants, Loro Park, Meerwasserschwimmbad und ein echt schöner Strand). Unter der Wohnung ist die Agora Bar, welche auch den Besitzern der Wohnung gehört. Dort kann man den Abend perfekt mit leckeren Cocktails ausklingen lassen, was wir jeden Abend gemacht haben. Die Besitzer (die immer in der Bar anzutreffen sind), sind wirklich sehr nett und stehen für Fragen immer bereit und geben auch gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten, Restaurants etc. Was auch sehr von Vorteil ist, ist der riesige, kostenlose Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe, da wir ein Mietauto hatten (was ich auch Empfehlen würde, wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will). Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche auf Teneriffa und wenn ich noch einmal auf die Insel gehen sollte, würde ich nichts anders machen.
