We were very comfortable for a short stay but a little crowded for two for longer (two beds). The shower was great. It took a while for hot water and the shower head was my height 5’8” but not a problem. The people were nice, it was quiet, the location was super walkable and I used the kettle in the breakfast room for morning coffee. No kettle or fridge in the room. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, try Cafe Local nearby and there are bakeries everywhere.

Nos pareció muy agradable el hotel, limpieza impecable, agua caliente, me encantó que sea tan silencioso, las cortinas blackout ideales. Mi única sugerencia sería que tuvieran personal de apoyo para ayudar con el equipaje ya que a nuestra llegada estaba lloviendo mucho y la única persona en recepción no me ayudó a cargar nada ni a recibirnos con un paraguas. A lo mejor considerar tener unas sombrillas a la entrada en caso de que esté lloviendo ya que el pasillo de acceso y subida a las habitaciones no está techado.

El hotel es bonito y limpio, con espacios justos, buena opción para una estancia corta y cerca del centro, pero las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha al huésped de al lado. La parte del desayuno no está incluida, aun cuando recibí correo que venía en cortesía (cuesta 100 pesos por persona, desayuno continental).

Great and interesting stay

It has been a excellent stay. From staff friendliness to cleanless to agreable atmosphere everything was great. I did not rate comfort as excellent because it is an old building and the original architecture was respected. So a few "inconviniences" have to be accepted to enjoy this eco-friendly, traditional architecture preservation project.

Ubicacion muy centrica perfecta para caminar por todo Cholula. Tienen estacionamiento lo cual agrega un bonus. Nosotros nos hospedamos aqui para una boda y nos moviamos en Uber/Didi sin problema para todos lados o caminabamos por todo el centro.

The decoration was so beautiful. It also is in a great location with friendly staff! Also very clean. The only slight downside is that there is no air conditioning which I am sure in prior years was not necessary since Cholula is a cooler city but this year is breakinf records therefore now its a bit more needed.
