Very convenient location. Not even a block away from Zocalo. The installations are great and has a restaurant downstairs. Oxxo convenient store, pharmacy and shoppings super closed by.

Service was excellent. Clean and walking distance to Zocalo 2min. Starbucks and a Pharmacy with Dr office on the corner. Tours by Toribus available at Zocalo. Catedral and many restaurants and shopping walking distance. Calle de Los dulces. Also a street full of Talavera items, Los Sapos, Barrio del Artista Most of all you will feel safe

Shower and sink took a long time to drain. Toilet clogged easily and spilled over. Maintenance came promptly and unclogged it, however refused to provide cleaning/disinfectant products as he said since there was no smell, it wasn't a problem. The provided shampoo did not lather. The location is downtown which is great for tourism, however the cathedral bells ring multiple times an hour not stopping throughout the night. The bells would continuous wake us up and we could hear the neighbours also waking up as the walls were very thin. Regular cleaning staff and front desk personnel were nice and friendly.

WORST EXPERIENCE GILFER HOTEL

I contracted Covid the afternoon I arrived after I tested. I notified the cleaning staff not to enter to protect her. I wasn't ill but I had tested positive. I would go out to pick up my food or eat at an outdoor restaurant. The manager told me I would have to leave! I would have to go to my families home (I'm on vacation. I have no family there) or she would call the police to remove me or an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I had already gone to the hospital to confirm my self test and was seen by a physician who told me I tested positive but had no medical issues. Two days later I went to another hospital and saw a Pulmonary specialist who requested a scan of my lungs and said the same thing. I am vaccinated. I contracted Covid, however, I was not sick. She then asked me to see my medical records so she could view them. I declined. This was the WORST experience in my travels I have ever experienced. I will NEVER visit the city again. I contacted the Secretaría de Salud who advised me that it was illegal for anyone to demand to view the medical records of someone. I stayed until my departure date and have not and will not return

Todo muy bien, sigue siendo un hotel confortable, confiable y muy bien ubicado. Además su costo es razonable. Solo observar que debe mejorarse en el baño el área de la ducha. La regadera está en mal estado, ni sale suficiente agua y tiene baja presión. Es necesario sustituir los accesorios.

Pésimo, no respetaron la habitación que reserve, para empezar comentaron que no estaba la reservación. Después de ub rato de estar alegando, optaron por darme 1 habitación en otro hotel, sin aire acondicionado, una cama individual. Pésimo la verdad. Muy mal servicio, ellos dijeron que Expedia tenía la culpa y que tenía que hablar con ustedes y reclamarles. Ojalá solucionen ese mal rato y día que pase. La 2da noche mágicamente me regresaron al hotel de mi reservación. Ojo con lo sucedido Expedia.

El peor hotel en el que no me he hospedado, ahora explico porque, tuvieron fallas eléctricas y no nos dieron habitación, su mejor solución fue mandarnos al hotel más lejos posible, lo peor es que no fue un caso aislado, fuimos cerca de 10 personas a las que nos mandaron a otros hoteles lejos, la atención muy pasivos agresivos, no recomiendo
