If you just need a place to crash for the night that is cheap-this place is for you! I value cleanliness and pride in ownership which is lacking here. I kept my shoes on the whole stay. My towels were filthy. The room curtains hung off the rack, lamp had tears in the shade, couch had ground in muck like a dog with the mange had its way with it, walls had bare spots where even the sheet rock wanted to leave. 😂It is evident it is pet friendly. My microwave did not work. The ironing board had rust and was something akin to what you would find off the highway in the middle of the desert that fell off a donation truck. My shampoo bottle was 1/4 full. Made me wonder if the maid ever came or if they are cheap about complimentary items. This hotel has such a great location and could charge what the Marriott across the street does if they just invested in a major renovation. Perhaps the management should sleep in one of these rooms to truly understand the customer experience.

Room and staff were lacking. During check-in, the attendant kept he waiting for my reservation paper that was sitting ready in the printer because he was paying a game on his phone! The room was a war torn version of the listing pics. But we had a bed (with 4 half pillows?!) and a warm shower.

The room was gross. The couch was filthy ) I didn’t even sit on it) there were hair products on the floor from the previous guest ) it clearly hadn’t been cleaner) ants in the bathroom, and the sheets were stained and so dingy. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room did not feel clean or very safe. You cannot deadbolt the door and there was urine on the bathroom floor smeared mucus in the shower and the host was unfriendly, check in was at 3 pm MST I asked at 2:47 pm if I could check in and was told that it wasn’t 3 pm yet so no. It was ridiculous, Also other guests frequently behaved questionably in the parking lot which made me question the safety of my vehicle.

Room 101 (and probably others) is infested with bedbugs. Based on the photos and details that I uploaded to Grok (AI), it estimates that the infestation appears to have been active for several months or possibly years. Some of the photos showed red blood staines and bedbug fecal matter including on the far side of the king bed sheet, indicating that the sheets had not been laundered since the previous guests were bitten by bedbugs there. That lack of basic hygiene is likely what started the bedbug infestation in the first place. The lack of hygiene and maintenance is also seen in the heavy urine/grime buildup around toilet base, filthy carpet, broken/missing shower-wand holder, and peeling paint. At approximately 11:00 PM on December 7, 2025, I reported the infestation to the night manager and requested an immediate room change. It was apparent from the manager’s reaction and complete lack of surprise that he was already aware of the bedbug problem in this room. He refused to move me or take the room out of service, stating the only option was for me to leave the property immediately (with a refund to be issued at a later date). Because I had been dropped off and had no transportation at that hour, I was forced to remain in the infested room for a second night and sustained many more additional bites. It’s really gross.

We booked a room with King size bed. Our flight was delayed so we called to let them know we would check in late. Maybe around 10pm. They said fine as long as it was before 3am. We go to check in and they say they overbooked the king beds and gave us 2 queens. We get a room that has adjoining doors to our neighbors. They are so loud. There are holes behind the door in the wall. The curtain coming down. The room was musty. The paint is peeling off the wall and trim. The bathroom had a can light that was just a hole with a large motion light bulbs in it. The tub slowly drained. The bathtub had a metal patch on the tub. We checked out the next morning at 7:45 am. Told the front desk who offered to move us rooms. We declined because of the condition of the room we were in. We went across the street and checked into Springhill suites. We should have booked there to begin with.

Room 202. The bed needs adjusting. The head of the bed needs to be raised a couple inches. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. The bathroom and shower area needs repainting to give a better appearance. Otherwise a very nice room and stay for the money.

The manager was rude and when I told the desk clerk, he said" don't say anything or she will put you out. The door keys didn't work 3 different keys. They moved us upstairs. When we were unpacking a CRACK HEAD was trying to bum a cigarette. When I told him I didn't smoke he began yelling and swearing at me. We felt unsafe and I expressed my concerns. He said we could leave and not be charged. That was bull. Expedia called the property but nothing was resolved. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A RESTFUL NIGHT!!!!!!!! There's drywall patches on all the walls. The A/C cover didn't open so we couldn't change the temperature. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! I had videos but couldn't load them. AWFUL!!!!! 😞
