I contemplated giving a review because of our experience and how frustrating it was from the moment we tried checking in. The door code was incorrect. We couldn’t get inside after traveling all day and just wanting to settle in. We didn’t hear back from the property management for 30 minutes when we tried multiple forms of communication via VRBO app resulting in us, leaving to go use a restroom at a restaurant from there after getting back from a grocery store and being able to check in the place was a mess. It hadn’t ever been cleaned from the previous people staying! It’s spiraled and the entire weekend was so stressful when we came into town for a business event and we didn’t have much time as it was and we had to continuously deal with the disappointment of how this beautiful space was unacceptable upon us checking in on top of it. There was an awful fish odor that the cleaners couldn’t get out of the kitchen and they had to keep coming back to try to fix it. Overall, I was just very disappointed because we were really looking forward to this location with all the other reviews.

The host was very easy to contact and work with. This was our second stay at this unit and we we very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were here for Thanksgiving - the kitchen appliances were very nice but, if you’re planning to prepare meals, be aware that bakeware and pantry Ingredients are not provided. Also, be careful because the hot tap water comes out scalding (except for in the powder room, no hot water there).

Beautiful place, clean with all the amenities needed, comfortable beds and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. No suited for elderly or physically impaired because of stairs.

Beautiful townhome near BYU and lots of shops and restaurants! We stayed there for a BYU football game and would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. The hosts were responsive. The garage was handy and both vehicles fit. There was plenty of space for food that we brought. It was nice to have separate AC for the upstairs bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Cute, clean and comfy

Loved this property! Very nicely decorated and clean. The beds are the most comfort beds I have ever slept in-even better than my one at home!! I wish I had taken note of what the mattresses and toppers were. My only suggestion would be to add curtains in the bedrooms. Shades were fine for privacy but did not do much to block light.

We love this location. And it’s even better Cause my brother owns a condo in the same location and so it made it easy this time with us all getting together. My only complaint is that we were asked to take off our shoes but the carpets and floors would just turn our feet completely black. So the carpets are very dirty. Also because the windows only have screens on them, the neighbors across the way would leave their lights on outside and so you felt like you were sleeping with a spot light on you. We have the same problem with my brothers condo. Kinda annoying. But I love the layout and the location is amazing and CHOM is one of our favorite restaurants since staying right next door. Would totally come back.

We had the most wonderful holiday stay! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed from the cozy beds, kitchen items, and wonderful mountain view. Great proximity to the stadium and close to the grocery store.We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while my older kid was at summer camp at BYU. Great location located close to campus, grocery store, restaurants, and rec center for my younger kids. Clean, comfortable, nice having a garage. Would stay here again next year!

Family Wedding

Can't say enough wonderful things about the property! Comfortable, well-decorated, peaceful...and so very quiet! we never felt like we had neighbors. No street noise. Another plus, Within quick walking distance of a large grocery store. would stay there again in a heartbeat!
