They got rid of the former manager who could be very difficult to deal with and who was not very friendly so that's a plus. The property Definitely needs renovations but the staff are very friendly and professional, especially the cleaning staff.

I stay here quite often as the rates are fairly good. The outlet plugs need to be replaced and the electrical needs to be fixed. The rooms need to be updated. I think they fired the manager with the attitude and low respect for customers. The cleaning staff have always been great to me. I also stay at the royal inn in midvale and the rooms there have always been very nice and well maintained and in fact they recently upgraded their upstairs rooms. This place needs a serious renovation.

They wouldn't let anybody come to your room to visit they were quite rude about things it said there was a $20 charge for animals and they was charging $25. When I explained that when I book a room it's one room two people I was asked not to book any more that was my last night there.
