Our stay was okay overall. We were assigned a basement apartment, which are very small. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, and we noticed a few strands of hair on the bed sheets. Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax.

Easy stay for a getaway

This property was exactly what I was looking for - a one bedroom place where I could stay close enough to the middle of Providence. Appliances were updated, the rooms were clean, and communication with the property manager was easy. I would recommend this property to those traveling alone or with a partner and want to stay within or close to Providence

Frustratingly sleepless

Well? As I expressed in previous text to managers this experience was not what I expected? Although this facility was very nice and clean the bed could use an upgrade! My chief complaint is that the third floor residents have no control over their 2 young 7-8 yr old children!!! Sat night they were running up and down the stairway adjacent to the unit I was staying in! This went on from 9 pm to after 1am Sunday morning! Then again on Sunday evening 10:30 till pm till 4am mom Monday morning! Totally out of control and no supervision??? This place would have been great for the most part?? I think your company should offer me another stay in the the form of a voucher to make up for my loss of sleep and inconveniences I had to endure!!! Seriously disappointed to say the least! Should clean the back yard all the crap blows in the back door onto the stairs and tracks into the units! If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach back to me? lchildren
