Perfect location and the cove is such a cool set up. Multiple bedrooms have sinks which make it easy to navigate the 1.5 bathroom!

Great stay in Prescott

Our family of 5 came into town to ski at Afton Alps and spend time in Minneapolis/St. Paul. This place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the snacks and forgotten essentials containers. It was a great location walkable to everything in Prescott (must try the Roadhouse) and had ample parking. The trains do come through, but the earplugs and white noise machines really helped us sleep without disturbance. Communication from the host was clear and full of details. I think most of it was automated, but they were responsive quickly to a request I had for a broom. There are other units in the building and also a rooftop deck and clubhouse with ping pong tables that was a bonus.We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our group

This property was perfect for our small group that was in town skiing at Afton Alps. Right by down town so an easy walk to restaurants and shops and nice little down town area. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return.

Great Christmas Visit

Our family of 5 stayed at the property while we were visiting our families for Christmas. There was more than enough space for all of us, the property was very nice and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor issues while we were there, but Megan was super quick to respond and fix everything (even on Christmas!). I really appreciated that the property was stocked with plenty of items that many VRBO properties skimp on (such as toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Parking is a little tricky with the snow, but the maintenance person did an excellent job keeping the sidewalks salted and such. Also, the trains are close by and noisy, but our kids slept right through them and you really can't beat the location of this property! Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and we would happily recommend it to everyone!
