This spacious holiday home is located in the picturesque holiday resort of Preko on the island of Ugljan, just about 60 metres from the sea, and provides space for 8-9 people. The accommodation is ideal for families, groups or friends seeking comfort, tranquillity and proximity to the beach. Pets are welcome.
The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with SAT-TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. On the 45 m² partially covered terrace, you can enjoy sea views, lounge furniture, a parasol, awning and a private outdoor grill - ideal for shared meals outdoors.
In the outdoor area, there is a courtyard and garden with a summer kitchen, barbecue facilities, and shady areas. Three private parking spaces are available for your vehicles. A boat mooring can be used upon request.
