The air smells of pine trees and the beach is just a short walk away from your luxury villa - what more could you ask for? The beautiful Villa Punte Bianche is located on the island of Ugljan and guarantees a relaxing family vacation! In the middle of the carefully tended garden is the inviting pool, the ideal solution for hot summer days. If you prefer the shade, there is a covered terrace connected to the ground floor. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the charming living and dining area and one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The villa has been lovingly furnished to give you the best possible vacation. It is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi, SAT TV and much more. The property and pool are well lit so you can relax in the garden day and night.Villa Punte Bianche is located in Sutomiscica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbor in the village of Preko. The pine forests, beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea have made Ugljan a popular tourist destination. Like many other places on the Croatian coast, Sutomiscica was just a small fishing village before its charm and tranquillity began to attract tourists. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).

Das Haus inklusive Pool ist der absolute Hammer. Liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet inklusive Allem, was man braucht. Das einzig Negative ist die Lage. Wenn man abends zum Essen gehen möchte oder tagsüber an den Strand, dann benötigt man immer das Auto. Supermarkt is in der Nähe.

Alles Top, super schöne Villa. Alles da was man braucht. Das einzige was fehlt wäre ein direkter Fußweg nach Preko, muss man einige Meter direkt an der Straße gehen. Aber volle Punktzahl. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder.
