"We arrived relatively late in town around Christmas time. Unfortunately, our first room was not what we had requested and had a major issue: the breakfast kitchen ventilation was venting directly into our room. We were woken up around 6:00 a.m. by a very strong bacon and sausage smell, which made the room uncomfortable. To the hotel’s credit, the situation was resolved the next day and we were moved to a different room that was significantly better. The difference between the two rooms was significant, both in the same main building . The location, however, is excellent—just off the Main Square and right next to the Christmas market, which was incredibly convenient and festive. The hotel is also located along a charming winter alley, which added a really nice holiday atmosphere. Once the room issue was resolved, we truly enjoyed our stay and our time in this beautiful little town."

"This is an historic building, the room as spacious and clean, excellent snow views out of the window. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and very good good. Walkable to almost everypoint of interest in the city."
