Pool and hot tub area are very dirty. Hot tub does not work and the water temp was not very hot. People smoking in pool area so our rokms filled with smoke. Our rooms overlooked the pool and didnt have any outside windows. We werent told about this so it was very disappointing having to keep my windows closed.

One of the rooms had a dirty coffee pot with coffee grounds still in the filter basket. We lost power, not your fault but were told we would get a reduced rate. (we didnt). Need a generator in Wisconsin hotels. weather is unpredictable.

You knew in the parking lot you had chosen the wrong hotel. Weeds everywhere. Apparently never heard of weed eater. Dirty entry, carpets. Luke warm coffee. Showers Luke warm. Musty smelly room. Drains drain slow. Dirty and over priced. I am surprised Wyndham would put their name on this place.
