Having stayed at The Raddison Alcron Hotel for 5 nights (8th- 13th Feb 2018) we have now come back to our room for the 3rd day in a row without having our room made up. I can hold our hands up and say on the second day we stayed here, we left our room at 2pm to go and explore the city. We did think it might have been a little too late in the day for housekeeping to attend to our room so we thought nothing of it. Having raised the issue with reception we had our room made up on the 3rd day without hesitation, We’ve now returned to our room on our final night having gone to breakfast at 10am and straight out the door to the way we left it that morning. Nothing had been replenished and our room service/ in room breakfast order from the morning before was still sitting on our dressing table! We spoke to reception who just stood there and shrugged their shoulders. Apparently there is a change of staff at weekends, they passed the blame onto each other and didn’t seem to care, no hotel manager either to pass our comments onto. Having used Raddison Hotels on a number of occasions across Europe, I think it’s safe to say that we won’t be booking with Raddison or Club Carlson in the future. A massive disappointment staying in Prague. Like we said Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money.

A Michelle Star hotel. Stay here!!!! Located in Prague 1 and in walking distance to all historic locations. Love it! Great accommodating staff! Close to all restaurants and bars. Walking distance. Amazing food and ambience!

We had been up since the crack of dawn and my partner was suffering from Pneumonia so we couldn't wait to get to our hotel and just crash. Upon arriving, we were told our room was ready, however if we were to wait approximately 40 mins then we would be upgraded. We had already booked a suite so we thought, "Well why not!", this can only be better. We opted to wait in the bar, have something to eat and drink while the room was being prepared. The room was ready in 10 mins and not 40, the front desk person said he would come back and get us when we had finished, he did. He took us up to our suite, showed us around and left us to rest. The suite was incredible!!!! The Molton and Brown toiletries are a wonderful touch and the complimentary Nespresso pods and extensive selection of teas is excellent. The free bottled water was also a great touch and something not often seen in hotels. Every thing in this hotel is done smoothly and with a minimum of fuss. The staff are extremely personable and not in the usual fake over the top way a lot of hospitality staff can be. Every time I went to the front counter they greeted me by name. The room service menu is delicious, the robes are amazing and the beds are like a dream. When it came time to leave one of the front desk staff gave us some wafers and two small bottles of Czech alcohol. When I had told her that I hadn't tried it, she brought out a couple more to give me. They also gave us complimentary coffee upon leaving. The thing that impressed me the most however was how Housekeeping had made up our room by the time we returned from breakfast, every morning. When your partner is suffering from Pneumonia, this is a Godsend. I can't wait to go back to Prague, only because of this hotel. 10 out 10

We really enjoyed our stay in radisson blu. Reciptionest very kind and polite especially Zbysek dobiasovsky ,the hotel in a good location. If you will visit prague you must choose this hotel .................................................................

Me and partner stayed here 5th-7th of February and it would be our 1st time in Prague. The hotel and staff was exceptional. Everyone was so lovely, attentive and friendly. The couriers, receptionists and housekeeping staff were so lovely. Very professional and catered to our every needs. Even little things like the housekeeping staff folding our pjs for when we arrived back to the receptionist helping us out with nice restaurants/where to go around the city. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations as did Prague City it was really beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Prague.

As a regular client of this Hotel, I must say that the level is very high and they are constantly trying to even improve their services in all departments. They pay attention to all details, the staff is highly professional and motivated and all of them take care of the clients' needs. I feel very well when I spend time there and also restaurants offer very good dishes and the best possible service. You can feel that the management of the Hotel has everything under control and make things go in the best way. For the level reached by this Hotel, the prices are really good and it is very difficult to find a similar situation.

I decided to splurge and get the executive suite package for my daughters birthday. This hotel was simply amazing! The staff is absolutely first class, their customer service went far above and beyond expectations and they are without a doubt the TOP of all the 5 star hotels I have styed in around the world. Balloons and cake arranged to be in the room for the birthday which was super well done and fabulous. We were greeted every time we walked into the lobby and were assisted with a wide variety of things, and always it seemed the staff was sincerely happy to be helping. Special thanks to Lucie who even found a glucometer for us (as my daughter had lost hers on the plane), she called pharmacies, looked online - this was an urgent and critical medical need and this young lady really made it her mission to find a solution - and she did!!! I cannot convey enough my thanks! Breakfast was fantastic every day. The BeBop bar has super fun cocktails and great food! The location is magnificent. Room service meal also excellent and very speedy. All around thumbs up and worth every penny!! I will be back!!

I’ve visited Prague on a business trip and stayed at the Radisson. The staff is really good and helpful. I don’t remember the last time I was escorted to the elevator by the receptionist. Really good 1st impression. The rooms were renovated and pleasant but as a suggestion for improvement I’ll say that the tv needs an upgrade, and please put some USB ports near the bed and on the desk. The conference room was really great. I’m been in several hotel conference rooms with no natural light whatsoever but this was different. The room that easily fit 60 persons had natural light due the huge skylight. Really great! And as an extra is really well located. I only had 1 hour for lunch but still was able to leave the hotel, hit the main square (13-15 min walking), enjoy the views, and return be back at the hotel 45min later. I only wish I had time to enjoy the great city of Prague.

Such a pleasant stay at the hotel, staff was extremely professional, polite and friendly, the room was tidy, well set up, the food was very tasty from the hotel kitchen, best experience for our honeymoon trip! Way better than some of the Hiltons we stayed. I can not see anything that you need to improve, guys, as long as you keep up the good work, you are simply the best. Thank you.

Service around the clock with focused staff. Nice ambience and location in Prague. All makes this the perfect stay in this wonderful city. Make sure to include the breakfast to the perfect start of the day !
